Swordsman,
Rift grew up in a dojo, training. But the dojo leaders hated him, even though he was the best. If he won then they would beat him up themselves. This went on for 6 years, from Rift's age of 8 to 14. At 14 he met this strange man named Ryuma. Ryuma trained him, on and on. When Rift was 18, Ryuma passed away. Rift then set to seas, and later came to this island and found this strange fruit. He ate it, to his surprise it was the Zoan Type Devil Devil no Mi. It increased his physical strength and speed. Rest explained later on. This was just the beginning of his journey.
Sword Style:
In Devil Form, Rift has horns, which he uses as another set of swords similar to Dellinger's horn strategy. Uses to swords, Kitetsu 4 and Mochi.
Has armament, and observation haki, which was gained with the time with Ryuma.
Three Move Examples:
Devil Downpour-
Runs and throws a sword in the air, runs straight at the opponent and pushes/throws the remaining sword at the opponent, and then flips over the opponent and grabs the falling sword from the sky and stabs the opponent in the back. Leaving swords in the front and back.
Horn Striker-
Runs into the opponent and pins them to a wall with the horns and breaks off the devil horns. (Which grows back within a few minutes) Then stabs, decapitates, or kills the opponent somehow.
Dancing with Death-
Shoots fire around the user and opponent. Then runs up and turns their body onto fire and burns the user while slicing them.
Devil Fruit, Devil Devil no Mi:
Makes the user have superhuman speed and strength. Gives user claws, fangs, and horns. Ability to control fire, and turn their skin, and skin only, into ice. Can extend fangs, claws, and horns to a foot (12 inches).
Weakness:
Water, Seastone, and other normal devil fruit weaknesses.
If a horn, fang, or claw, is ripped of it takes a few minutes to repair, which can lead to defeat if it doesn't repair quick enough and can't be used for offense or defense.
This devil form can wear him out, if it's used for 30 minutes or more, then Rift will start feeling tired and fall asleep.

Dante D. Riyo, "Cervante":
When was Riyo a kid, he loved to play in the woods with his friends. Every day they would meet at this stump and talk about plans to capture butterflies. Every day for 421 days, On the 422 day, Riyo went to his stump early in the morning and waited, and waited, and waited. Hours had passed by and he ran back to his village. Not only to find his village being raided by pirates but house on fire and everything destroyed. Riyo wove through grounds hastily looking for his parents but never found them. A strange man walked up to Riyo and was going to kill him but another decided to take him in, as a favor for not killing him, he had to agree and become a pirate. Riyo was 13 when this happened. This strange man was in fact, Donquixote Doflamingo, and Riyo was given a new name, Cervante. Cervante eventually takes a liking to Doflamingo as the only person who helped him.
Cervante:
Devil Fruit: Chain Chain no Mi
Later on after being adopted by Doflamingo, Doflamingo searched the world for the Chain Chain Fruit, one almost identical to the String String Fruit. Cervante didn't want to eat it but he didn't have a choice.
Chain Chain Fruit/Kusari Kusari no Mi:
Overall Structure:
This Logia allows your body to work like gears or chains. The chains can move away or form a hole if someone punches or shoots at you like a normal Logia. But these chains can also bind people and lock them in place. These chains are to your use. How it works is that there are tons of chains that can be released as far as you like. But the farther it goes the less you can control it's movement.
Strengths:
Allows your body to become fully chains and move in the way you want. Even if that means taking forms.
The special ability of these chains which makes it stronger is that these chains can fully melt and then the melted metal can lock somebody in place and cover them with said melted metal.
Gliding or "Flying" is not a problem because you can lock/tie the chains to something and swing using them. Spiderman Style.
Weaknesses:
Salt Water and the Ocean (Obviously)
Seastone (again you get it)
If a chain was to be ripped right out of the user's body it would hurt slightly but not affect the user's standard body. So it would get repaired or replaced by another chain.
If chains get too far then you can't control it as well. So instead of hitting a far target it might lose balance and collapse, then retract. Or it could hit the wrong target.
Techniques
The first technique is putting your palms or parts of your body to the ground and have the chain go through the ground and hit from below.
Then if you get lots of chains or form them into a ball and throw them but still have them connected you can attack the user with tons of chains or melt the metal onto them.
Turn the chain into metal and stick the user into place.
BIGGEST TAKEAWAY:
This is a logia because your body can become completely chains or part melted metal and part chains.

Maybe like Strusen's fruit (Cook Cook Fruit), big whoop you can make food at non living things, imagine fighting a pirate like Kaido or even Bellamy. But in real life, you can end world hunger and have infinite food.

Noodle Noodle no Mi:
Allows the user to become a noodle. (Yep you heard me)
Attacks:
Noodle Bind-Binds the opponent in noodles.
Big Nails-your fingers/fingernails become noodless
Meatball Massacre-meteors fly down a noodle rainbow that destroys your opponents and probably yourself.
Allows you to swing like spider man or use noodles to wrap people up.
Awakening, you literally become a monster made of noodles that is indestructible for 5-10 minutes.
