@Brenda TMR The idea isn't even that bad, but it would more likely be a Special Paramecia, because Logia-Type Devil Fruits are only natural elements and milk is manmade, or it isn't really like the other Logias. But you can let it count, because it is appearing in nature. But I think Special Paramecia would fit better here.
