I think its a woman for 2 reasons:
1.; If you hear closely, Imu kinda sounds like a girl
2. Girls in One Piece are normally named after birds, so Imu would be an Emu

I hate spandam he's pretty close to my most hated character which is Gabi in all of Anime
Spandam my biggest opp I really dc abt st charlos. Spandam became my second most hated character in all of anime, right behind Gabi from attack on titan. They both can go to hell 💀
