Boa has a higher bounty ( i know that the bounty system is not a good measure for the strengt of a character , but there is a reason boa has a 1, 6 billon berry bounty ) Boa achived his bounty whitout being part of any yonko crew and if the kuja pirates are relevant if because of the beauty princess
Boa has the 3 types of haki , probably in there advanced form, we know zoro also got the 3 types but he is very inexperienced with Coc.
Hancook also possess a strong devil fruit, capable of turning and non living object into stone, also can create very strong atacks , it is true that zoro wouldnt fall for boa but hancook power can damage even those who are not in love with her
I am a zoro fan ( fuck sanji ) and i might be a little bias but i think boa wins
Why neither whiterbeard or sengoku used Coc in marinford, whe saw luffy tke down 50 thousand fishmen who are stronger than humans, Whitebeard the strongest man in the world should have far more Coc mastery , whitout even moving he could knock out at least half of the 100 thousand soldiers in marinford.
Knowing how much whitebeard cared for his " Sons " he would done anything in his power to save ace. i didnt saw any explanation to this ,
