Ya, Blackbeard is definitely not weak, since he has the two strongest devil fruits and a pretty strong crew, which includes the best sniper (in my opinion) Van Augur. And he will definitely create a mess in the Final War since he’s an emperor and has potential for getting the One Piece. But I don’t think he is smart bro, in Impel Down, he was facing Magellan, which is an easy win. But bro decides to do nothing and starts saying arrogant stuff. And of course Magellan used Hydra and poisoned all of his crew and Blackbeard started panicking but still not doing anything. I mean he didn’t have the tremor tremor fruit that time yet, but he had the yami yami fruit. So I mean why not just suck in the poison with that ability? If it wasn’t Shiryu, Blackbeard and his whole crew would’ve be dead already. So in my opinion, Blackbeard is just a coward and a dumbass who just relies on his df abilities.
