If you know Lickitung from pokemon, it has a giant as tongue, but the user of this devil fruit can make their tongue giant. On top of that, they can change their tongue to do what they lie, so if the needed to poison someone, they could coat their tongue with poison and lick the opponent. Their tongue also works like a frog so they can grab, eat and throw stuff with it. The only downside is that they get a dry tongue quickly when activating the devil fruit power. The users tongue is seawater resistant.
