Yeah because like back when Shanks met Whitebeard he was using Conquerors Haki but like from what the gorgon sisters said and how Luffy used it I think you have to like activate it, so that means Shanks has his Conquerors Haki passively on at all times which I think that means he is a strong person

Like, in complete strength? I know that white beard is "the strongest man alive" but I've seen the reddit page saying that people like Imu are stronger even though I have no clue who that is (still in Impel Down)
