100% Island is one of 34 islands surrounding Whole Cake Island as part of Big Mom's territory, Totto Land. It is run by Charlotte Smoothie, the Minister of Juice (ジュース大臣, Jūsu Daijin?).[1]

Kaju Town (カジュータウン, Kajū Taun?) is a city situated on the island.[1] Kajū (果汁) means "fruit juice" in Japanese.

Less than 62 years ago, 100% Island became part of the Big Mom Pirates' territory Totto Land, and Charlotte Smoothie was appointed the minister in charge of this island.[1]

- The name of the island is a possible reference to 100% juice or pure fruit juices, those which do not have artificial additives.
