New World[]
Marine reptiles.
While sailing from Wano Country to Egghead, the Thousand Sunny passes by two giant marine reptiles.[1]
Elbaph[]
Giant Animals[]
Much like its humanoid inhabitants, the giants, many animals in Elbaph are also giant-sized. The following giant variants of ordinary animals have been seen:
- Walrus: A giant walrus was seen during Big Mom's flashback from her time on Elbaph. It is shown to be quite large, as it could be seen eating large fish at the shore of the island.[2]
- Bear: A giant bear was seen during Big Mom's flashback from her time on Elbaph. She locked up both the bear and a wolf inside a cage when she saw them fighting, wanting them to reconcile, but the bear ended up devouring the wolf. As a result, Linlin slapped the bear across the face, inadvertently killing it.[3]
- Fish: A giant fish was encountered by the Kid Pirates in the waters near the island of Elbaph. Its size was comparable to that of the Victoria Punk.[4] More fish were seen during the Straw Hat Pirates' arrival post Egghead Arc.
- Wolf: Wolves that are much larger than normal can be found in Elbaph's Underworld.[5][6] One giant wolf in particular is aligned with Loki.[7] A wolf was mentioned during Big Mom's flashback from her time on Elbaph. It was locked up in a cage alongside a bear when she saw them fighting, hoping to get them to reconcile, but the bear ended up devouring the wolf.[3]
- Hedgehog: The Needle God is an enormous hedgehog that lives in the Land of Gods. Nami stumbled into it while exploring Bigstein Castle, and it got startled by her and tried to attack.
- Cat: Iscat is a giant cat that rules over Bigstein Castle. It exhibits the ability to transform into an even larger lion through unknown means.
- Rabbit: Glutbunny was a giant rabbit that lived in the Land of Gods and was revered by its residents as the "Ear God". It was killed and eaten by the Straw Hat Pirates.[8]
- Grasshopper: A giant-sized grasshopper was encountered in the Land of Gods, acting as a steed of sorts for a regular-sized person.[9]
- The Guardians are a collection of at least five giant animals that guard the Sun God's Temple. They include Muginn, Hilmungardr, and three mice. The Guardians have a fierce reputation, and reportedly none who have approached the Temple have ever returned alive.
- Owl: Gerd owns a giant-sized owl called Piper, who acts as her scout and informant. An old, giant-sized owl named Biblo is the chief librarian of the Owl Library.

First World Beasts[]
A polar bear, ape, wolf, snake, and wooly mammoth.
In Elbaph's "Underworld", according to their master Loki, various large animals prowl through the mountains, hunting anyone not wearing foul-smelling clothing. This was apparently an exaggeration, as Monkey D. Luffy was able to quickly befriend all of them.[7]
Apart from the wolf, the beasts include various animals like those from Merveille in One Piece Film: Strong World,[10] specifically the Del Kong, Dasoku, Mammoth Dense, Terror Guma, Ettousaurus, Baku Zame,[7] Screen Buffalo,[6] Groggysaurus,[11] Fat Lion,[12] and Kill Rabi.[13]
The giants of the island consider the Groggysaurus somewhat of a delicacy.[11]
Dengo Mushi[]

Scrubfish[]
A Scrubfish.
Scrubfish (たわし魚, Tawashi-uo?, VIZ: "Scrub-fish") are a species of small fish. Before he cut off the top of his head, Vegapunk would lie in a long bath and have the fish scrub his hair.[15]
Blue Whale[]
A Blue Whale.
A blue whale was swimming in the ruins of an ancient kingdom.[16]
Flightless Mountable Bird[]
A bird ridden by a World Noble.
A type of bird remarkably similar to the Super Spot-Billed Duck, with the primary difference being a more pointed beak that lacks the black base commonly seen on said species. At least two were used by World Nobles as part of their triannual Native Hunting Competition on God Valley, for an easier task of hunting down civilians, although it is not known whether or not they were native to the island. One was used by Figarland Garling in particular, and both wore aviator helmets with goggles. While featuring a much lighter appearance in the manga, the anime changes their feathers to black.[17]
