- Marshall D. Teach (commonly referred to as "Blackbeard"), a major antagonist, a Yonko, captain of the Blackbeard Pirates, a former Shichibukai, and a contender for Pirate King.
- Blackbeard Pirates, a pirate crew led by Marshall D. Teach.
- Kurotsuru (also called "Doctor Black Beard"), a doctor from Ace's mini-story.
