Chapter 1000:Wano Endgame
The big chapter has finally arrived. Luffy has reached the roof along with Zoro, Kid, Killer, and Law for the big battle against Kaido and Big Mom.
I wonder how Sanji is doing. This may be a bit of a stretch, but I hope that Sanji somehow charms Black Maria and her group into becoming allies. One thing I learned from reading this series is that things happen for a reason, so I want to believe that something good will come out of Sanji’s little blunder.
Is Marco going to fight both King and Queen by himself? Someone strong has to fight one of them so Marco can just focus on the other. And how long is Yamato going to tell stories? Is she going to get back into the fight soon? Can Jinbe defeat Who’s Who soon so he can join the fight on the roof…

After defeating two Yonko and this is "Big Mom" and "Kaido" Fillers will begin for Luffy and his team, and the main events will be the battle of "Shanks" and "Blackbeard", which will ultimately lead to a dastardly or honest victory of "Blackbeard" and in this time Luffy will collect "Panneglyphs" and learn about the death of "Shanks" and now the main enemy for Luffy will be "Blackbeard" and in the end there will be a battle for the title of "Pirate King" and the treasure "One Piece", and most likely Luffy will win and he will become the "Pirate King" ...

Recently watching the latest of the English translated episodes I thought it was interesting a translation that appeared at the end of episode 616. At the end Law has destroyed the factory for SAD and is talking to Joker about what is to come now that the gears have been broken. I have not seen it in the translations for chapter or even the same in the sub but Law states, "You always told me it was coming. That a new era would arrive, born along an unstoppable tide. The age of the daring ones." All other tranlations I have seen never call them the daring ones, and at the time he states it the image of Teach is shown, Marshall D. Teach. Was the use of the daring ones a slip of what that D is, Daring? A D name that is also a D in Japane…

Proposal for a page that catalogues every reference/homage/parody that other media have made to One Piece. Right now many characters (I think all of the Straw Hats, in particular) have a section in their respective Trivia tabs dedicated to this, but that strikes me as a little unwieldy. Putting all of them in one place would, I hope, make it easier for people to find and contribute to.

Chapter 999: One More Step to the 1000th Chapter Mark
So Kaido and his top subordinates were away when Ace showed up at Onigashima. A less exciting story, but I suppose it’s better than Kaido beating Ace down and forcing him to submit. It’s too bad the Whitebeard Pirates never went to war with Kaido despite knowing about Oden’s death. At least Marco and Izo are here now.
It’s a good thing Momonosuke and Shinobu still trust Yamato even after learning that she is Kaido’s daughter. I hope the people of Wano will be accepting of her. At least Yamato has friends who would vouch for her.
Now with Marco, Zoro, Robin, and Brook going up the castle, I wonder who will bring down King and Queen. I just hope that Sanji has not been reduced to being Black Maria’s “pet”.

Chapter 998: More Ancient Zoans Revealed
This chapter just shows that it’s a great thing that Marco decides to participate in this war. I was wondering how Chopper was going to mass-produce the antidote, but this chapter also explains it. Apoo really just needs to stay down and I’m happy that Drake is fighting on the alliance’s side. What is Queen going to do? Surely, he isn’t just going to sit idly by.
Sasaki looks like a fearsome opponent to deal with, which makes me more mad at Denjiro. But like hell Franky is going to let the Franky Shogun lose.

Chapter 997: Onigashima Rising
(sigh) Why am I not surprised about Sanji’s current predicament? He really needs to improve his Kenbunshoku Haki, maybe learn how to see into the future like Luffy. I’m not going to waste my energy being upset about this. At least we all can take comfort in the fact that Sanji is not going to die because of plot armor. So what’s next for Sanji? Is he going to lay there helpless until someone or something comes to his rescue? Or can he escape on his own without any help? If it’s the second one, then good. Tama is one brave girl for sneaking into Onigashima. Now that Usopp and Nami are safe for the moment, what is Tama planning to do?
Yamato manages to get away with Shinobu and Momonosuke, but aside from one-shotting a giant (which has been done many times already), is Yamato going to do anything significant aside from being Momonosuke’s babysitter? One good thing is that Marco has not been critically injured yet. Another good thing is that Wanda and Carrot are able to see the full moon. Hopefully, they can take out Perospero before their Sulong forms wear them out. Perospero is not even one of the Three Sweet Commanders so he can’t be as tough as Jack, right?

Mummy vs Oni
We saw two of Queen Plagues in action, the mummy and Ice Oni. The Mummy cause a fever as a refernce to the fact that most mummies are found in a desert area, while ice is obviously cold. How would the two infections interact with each other, will they cancel one or the other?

Kinemon, Doji, Dogstorm, and Denjiro were able to cut open Kaido Scar, although Kaido state it is not as good when Oden did it. The difference is beside characters who did it the four seemingly use standard swords instead of Great Grade like Oden. The topic is how would they have done it of they Meito swords instead?
Chapter 994: Queen's New Game
Well it looks the cover story has a happy ending. Hopefully, the people of Wano will get one too.

Chapter 993 Wano Wars: The Dragon Strikes Back
Three things have concluded in the cover story: Chiffon finding Lola, Pound reuniting with his daughters, and Lola’s search for a husband. I guess the days of Lola asking any random man to marry her are finally over.
Anyway, something needs to be done about Queen or things will turn grim for the alliance. Luffy still has ways to go before reaching the roof. At least he has Sanji and Jinbe with him for the moment.

Chapter 992: The Scabbard Onslaught
It appears that Marco’s alliance with Perospero is short-lived. So what next? Is Marco going to fight Big Mom? And how will Carrot fair against Perospero? And how long is Shinobu and Yamato are going to waste their time running?
Also, the fight between the Scabbards and Kaido is really heating up. Kaido sure is not having the best time right now. Talk about adding salt to the wound. While I do enjoy seeing Kaido get hurt, I want Luffy to be part of the action. How long will it be before Luffy finally reaches the roof?

Been a while since I did any blogs. I have long wanting to create new blogs already but was being too lazy and mostly hang out at the Loud House Wiki and created some blogs over there and doing 2 nutshell series there and had not made anymore Loud House episodes in a nutshell so far and I long want to write a One Piece inspired story with other stories mixed in. Chapter 988: Soba Mask Back in Action
Is Pound serious? Is he really trying to swim after Bege’s ship? I hope he doesn’t get hit by a cannonball and sink. That would be a rough way to go after what he went through. If it wasn’t for the Marines, Lola and Chiffon might have stayed and hear him out. Let’s pray that nothing stops him from having a proper reunion with his daughters.
I’m disappointed that this chapter doesn’t show the Sulong minks in action. How convenient for the minks that Jack came to the roof of the Skull Dome. Now the minks can pay Jack in kind, and with interest (at least I hope so). Sulong Carrot was able to do so much damage by herself. I’m going to assume that the lesser enemy grunts will be wiped out in a blink of an eye.

Weather Manipulation
Weather manipulation could be one of the basic skills of the rulers of the sea and it is no wonder that Yonko’s are monsters that can draw catastrophic disasters whenever they wanted to. Their abilities are incomparable to one another, Whitebeard and Blackbeard for example can draw out quakes because of their devil fruit power while Big Mom and Kaido can bring out thunderstorms and make a firestorm if they feel like it. Shanks perhaps could also perform such feats whenever he wanted to, even though there is no evidence yet but remember when he had a meeting with Whitebeard there was a sudden change in the clouds when the conversation gets on heat.

Shanks- I don't know what to think about Shanks at this point. He's not shown much, but when he is, it's usually a big deal. He started Luffy on his quest to be a pirate, he tried to convince WB to keep Ace from chasing BB, he stopped the Marineford War, and most recently walks his smug ass into MarieJois with absolutely no fear.
Shanks is also depicted as being left-handed, and there are superstitions about left-handed people being evil. I think Shanks is going to turn against Luffy to gain the One Piece for himself. Or at least, that's how I would write it.
What if Shanks recognized that Luffy had inheritied Roger's will and realized that he was going to have to set things going for Luffy? He encourages him to be a pirate, and gives him R…
Cat Viper, Dogstorm, and a ton of other mink are about to go sulong
So you know at the end of the lastest chapter Cat Viper says "it's a great night to see the full moon." Every mink is about to go sulong on Kaido, who is going to die of course. You can also see a bunch of minks who are subordinates of Dogstorm and Cat Viper. They can be seen looking at the full moon, I can't wait for the next chapter because we will get a lot of new sulong forms.
Chapter 987: Now It's War!
Well I’ll be damned. The Scabbards actually managed to harm Kaido. For that, they deserve a pat on the back. Oden should be proud. Kaido sure doesn’t know Luffy at all. First, Luffy’s spirit was never broken. Second, he never betrays his allies.
Nami and Carrot manage to free themselves, which is good. And I’m getting sick of seeing Big Mom. Please Luffy, put a big bruise on Big Mom’s face. If the Scabbards managed to harm Kaido, then Luffy should be able to hurt Big Mom. Luffy had been training in Udon for this moment and now it’s the time to show the results of that training.
I wonder what Marco and Perospero are up to. I don’t mind Perospero taking out Beasts Pirates grunts, but surely, Perospero doesn’t intend to go against Big Mom. None…

Cipher Pol is another faction of the World Government that might turn the events in the future arcs in the series. It is another balancing faction that could help us to identify the secrets of the World Government perhaps the void century. One Piece gets more exciting because of the mind-blowing twist with characters and events which we are all waiting every week for its new chapters. Since the big reveal of an undercover organization in Chapter 956, the “SWORD”, it keeps on bugging me on what would be its role in the series. SWORD is the secret faction in the Marines and its current objective is unkown. But we all know its current members were Koby and X-drake.
Its objective is not yet revealed to spur speculations on what would it be but I have a feeling that this organization will change the course of the event in the current arc perhaps in the succeeding. Ohara and Nico Robin
I believe that there are other survivors of Ohara. I think that a people as intelligent as the ones from Ohara would not be so naive as to put all of their poneglyph readers in one place. Studying poneglyphs is illegal and extremely dangerous. They were aware of this. I think that there are other poneglyph readers in hiding from the WG after the Buster Call on Ohara. No one is attempting to make contact with Robin currently because she is too high profile. However, after Luffy becomes pirate king, he will set up a territory where all survivors of Ohara can come and live peacefully under his protection. I don't imagine that there would be more than 5 or at most 10, but they would be able to come together for the first time in over 2 decades…
One Piece Anime: Wano Eyecatchers
As far as I'm concerned (well not really concerned), I have a feeling that we may won't see new Wano eyecatchers even after the new opening DREAMIN' ON was released. So this little theory is that future episodes will only have the eyecatchers of Luffy and Zoro. Meaning we may won't see new Wano eyecatchers, but we'll never know.

A proposed new organizational system for each character's video-game appearances, done in chronological (publication) order with degree of appearance (playable, semi-playable, cameo, etc.) color-coded. So i'm dutch and i litteraly dont know anyone who likes one piece. probaly because it never aired on TV over here. i dont really know if this is the right place to ask but all dutch one piece forums are dead or atleast what i could find. But are there still any active dutch one piece communities?
Chapter 985: Kaido's Big Plans
It didn’t take long for Kanjuro to confront his former comrades. I was worried that he was hunting Hiyori. Inuarashi got a sword leg. As for the panels showing Kiku’s sword dripping with blood and Kiku crying, please tell me that Kiku struck down Kanjuro and was crying because she had to fight someone whom she once believed to be a comrade. Honestly, I hate seeing Kanjuro with a sinister face so I hope that’s the end of him.
Yamato sure had a rough life, but that’s not surprising since we already saw how cruel Kaido can be. If she’s really honest about wanting to fight Kaido, then I hope the Wano rebels can look past her relationship with Kaido and accept her.
