Blow is a young boy living on Royal Sun Island. He appears in Legend of the Rainbow Island.[1]

Blow is a young boy with tanned skin and long dark brown hair. He wears a green shirt and blue pants. After getting in a fight with Chip and Mini's gang, he had one of his top front teeth knocked out.
Personality[]
Blow is a courageous boy, being willing to take action against adult pirates to protect his dog Punch. He showed great gratitude to the Straw Hat Pirates for helping save him, and when they revealed that they were pirates too, he was not afraid as he immediately understood they were good pirates.[1]

As a young boy, Blow was no match for Chip and Mini and was easily beat up by them.[1]
History[]
Legend of the Rainbow Island[]
Blow was walking his dog Punch to Royal Sun Port when they were confronted by Chip and Mini, who kicked Punch. Blow went to help Punch, but got beaten up by the pirates. However, the Straw Hat Pirates and Dias arrived and defeated the pirates, saving Blow. He took them to Round Village, where he reunited with Punch and his family offered to let the Straw Hats stay with them. Blow was present as the Straw Hats began their mission to look for the Emperor Carrot.[1]
After the Royal Combat, Blow and some of the other villagers came to the Royal Sun Port to bid the Straw Hats farewell, with Blow thanking them for beating the pirates and reprimanding their king Fist.[1]
