Bounty is a man with spiky red, orange and yellow hair and a spiky black design on his right eye. He wears some sort of metal armor with a cape.
Personality[]
Bounty is a greedy, self-absorbed person, wanting to claim the highest bounty in history as a bragging right. His goal is to receive a 100,000,000,000 (one-hundred billion) bounty from the World Government, and he takes pride in the bounty he has already earned. He is ruthless and was willing to kill all the kings at Levely to achieve this goal, an act that would have thrown the entire world into turmoil.
Bounty is jealous of those who are stronger than him or have higher bounties, earning him the epithet, "God of Jealousy". He is also stubborn and easily provoked, not backing down from a fight after being knocked down or defeated multiple times.[1]

Prize strongly supports Bounty's goal and provoked him to get up after being defeated by Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji.[1]
Abilities and Powers[]
Bounty is very strong and has enough force to knock Luffy back, causing the pirate to fall into the sea multiple times. He also has a considerable level of endurance, getting back up after being knocked down by Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji multiple times and tanking an attack from Luffy's Gear 4: Boundman without falling.[1]
Bounty earned a bounty of 1,000,000,000 but wanted to increase it further to 100,000,000,000. He allied himself with the Beasts Pirates and made a plan to send poison gas bombs made by Caesar Clown to Levely to kill all of the kings in attendance.[1]
One Piece Premier Show 2018[]
After Caesar was kidnapped by Igaram Jr. and taken to the Straw Hat Pirates, Bounty and his crew confronted them. Bounty attacked Luffy as the young pirate sneezed from Prize's ability, knocking him into the sea. The Bounties Pirates attacked the Thousand Sunny and took Caesar with them as they left for Levely.
The Straw Hat Pirates caught up to the Bounties Pirates, and Bounty fought Luffy again. He got the upper hand, but Crocodile interrupted their fight. Bounty and Luffy continued to fight, and Bounty fell to Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Red Hawk, but Prize provoked him, making Bounty get back up. Zoro and Sanji attacked him, causing him to fall again. When the Straw Hat Pirates and Crocodile formed a plan to knock out Prize after the pirate sent a poison gas bomb to an evacuation ship full of kings with his abilities, Bounty got back up again to protect his brother. He fights Luffy and knocks him into the sea again. Igaram Jr. and Duval went to save Luffy, but Bounty knocked Igaram Jr. into the sea as well. With only one remaining until the bomb reached the kings' ship, Bounty declared that the Straw Hat Pirates had lost. Luffy activated Gear 4: Boundman and punched Bounty. He did not fall, but he was moved out of Luffy's way, opening Luffy up to attack Prize. Prize was knocked unconscious, and Bounty's plan to murder the kings of Levely failed.[1]
