The only known member is Sogekiller. Notably, none of their crew members are capable of steering a ship, and as a result the crew has never set out to sea.[2]

The Bull's Eye Hit Pirates traveled to the desert near Nanohana, setting up residence in the Sandy Desert. They would attack random civilians in the city, sniping them from afar.
Sogekiller's wanted poster was put up in Spice Bean, where it was taken by the Straw Hat Pirates. The Straw Hats tracked him down and defeated him, giving him to Margin to claim his bounty.
Whether the Bull's Eye Hit Pirates are still active after Sogekiller joined the Bounty Pirates is unknown.
