Saint Kamael is a World Noble who appeared in One Piece Film: Gold. He was sent to the Gran Tesoro to collect a heavenly tribute.[1]
Appearance
Kamael has a long face with a pronounced reddish nose and thick lips. He has long black hair, which sticks up on top.[1]
Like all World Nobles, Kamael wears a big white suit with medals on it and a resin bubble preventing him from breathing the air of commoners. He also wears small blue glasses.[1]
Abilities and Powers
As a World Noble, Kamael is not bound by World Government law, and he can summon an admiral if he is attacked.
