Camie is a mermaid that appeared in the Hatchan's Sea-Floor Stroll mini-series. She first appears after being saved by Hatchan, alongside her starfish friend, from inside the mouth of a big fish.
She soon becomes friends with Hatchan after being rescued again by him after he sells her to some old Fish-Men friends of his for a fake map. She appeared to be quite happy, even though Hatchan sold her to his friends. She didn't hold a grudge against him after he rescues her from them, nor did she take her anger out on him for it.
