The Candy Pirates are a crew of pirates who debuted in the cover story CP9's Independent Report.
Ship[]
The Candy Pirates' ship is a simple pirate ship with a skull figurehead that has a candy-wrapper pattern in place of jaws. CP9 took the ship for themselves after the crew was decimated.[2]
Other Information[]
True to their name, the Candy Pirates has a theme relating to candy, with all the members having a wrapped candy decorate on the top of their heads, with their captain having two, one on each side.[1]
History[]
Summit War Saga[]
CP9's Independent Report[]
The crew invaded St. Poplar during one of their raids.[1] Unfortunately for them, CP9 were in the town at the time, having escaped from Enies Lobby and ending up there. Rob Lucci attacked the captain[3] while the other CP9 members fought the rest of the crew.[4] However, the townsfolk became horrified when Lucci took the attack too far and began to show "excessive justice" against their captain by stepping on the pirate's skull.[5]
Legacy[]
Upon defeating the Candy Pirates, CP9 took the crew's ship for themselves to leave St. Poplar.[2]
