History

CP9's Independent Report

Excessive Justice

Lucci shows excessive justice against the Candy Pirates.

The crew invaded St. Poplar during one of their raids.[1] Unfortunately for them, CP9 were in the town at the time, having escaped from Enies Lobby and ending up there. Rob Lucci attacked the captain[3] while the other CP9 members fought the rest of the crew.[4] However, the townsfolk became horrified when Lucci took the attack too far and began to show "excessive justice" against their captain by stepping on the pirate's skull.[5]

Upon defeating the Candy Pirates, CP9 took the crew's ship for themselves to leave St. Poplar.[2]
