"Assistants" is really vague because many characters could be considered assistants despite having no formal occupation or an occupation that renders it redundant (like certain servants or advisors). It's just a very forced category. KingCannon (talk) 08:54, 2 April 2024 (UTC)

- If you leave a message, leave it before the category.
- They are the same occupation with one under a different name see here.
- In order to see how little characters are under said occupations/positions there should be a page for all the occupations/positions that at least have a category but no page of their own while keeping occupations, with characters/have been seen, under five count.

That Wikipedia link seems to run counter to your proposal of including "secretaries" in "personal assistants" instead of the reverse; to be fair, it and the main secretary article are both confusing, jumbled messes. As explained before, no, these characters don't have the same jobs. If you want a page to list occupations without categories, then you should open a sandbox and keep track of them yourself.
