Chameleone is a tall man with a long, pink tongue and bright pink, puffy hair. He wears an open, long, rainbow-colored jacket with green pants, on which there is a huge black leather belt, and black shoes. Inside the inner layer of his coat multiple jolly rogers are revealed from various enemy pirates he has defeated in the past. Under his jacket, his slender yet muscular physique can be seen. On his head, he also has a green chameleon-like helmet with orange goggles attached to it. In addition, there is a tattoo on his abdomen that says "Give Me". He also seems to be wearing gold earrings and gold chain attached to his belt.

Chameleone is a greedy and self-serving man who will control and threaten others for his own personal gain. As a way of insulting others, he also likes to steal their Jolly Rogers as a hobby.[1]
Chameleone hates animals, as he is quite allergic to them.[1]
Like many other characters in the series, Chameleone has a distinct laugh: "Gijigijigiji".[1]
Chameleone consumed the Kopi Kopi no Mi, which allows him to copy the abilities of another Devil Fruit user.[1]

In the past, he infiltrated the Whitebeard Pirates, and after he killed some of his fellow members and disaffiliated from the crew, Marco began to pursue him.[1]
One Piece Premier Show 2012[]
Chameleone came to Samba Island and took control of it, with the support of AdmiralKizaru. He terrorized the islanders until the Straw Hat Pirates arrived to help them. Chameleone snuck aboard the Thousand Sunny to steal the crew's jolly roger. He used his Kopi Kopi abilities to transform into Luffy, and while disguised, he attacked Nami and Usopp. Once Chopper approached him, Chameleone's allergies kicked in and he began to sneeze. His sneezing fit forced him to transform back to his original form, revealing himself to the crew.
Chameleone transformed into Smoker to hunt Luffy down, but Marco arrived to help take Chameleone down. Chameleone transformed into Ace to fight the two of them, but Chopper appears again, causing another sneezing fit. Chameleone was defeated by Luffy and Marco while sneezing, liberating Samba Island.[1]
One Piece Premier Show 2019[]
After his defeat, Chameleone was sent to Impel Down.[2] He later appears as a part of Balzac's Prisoner Unit.[3]
