Chameleone is a character created for the One Piece Premier Show 2012.

Appearance

Chameleone is a considerably tall man with a long, pink tongue and bright pink, puffy hair. He wears an open, long, rainbow colored jacket with green pants, on which there is a huge black leather belt, and black shoes. Inside the inner layer of his coat multiple jolly rogers are revealed from various enemy pirates he has defeated in the past. Under his jacket, his slender yet muscular physique can be seen. On his head, he also has a green chameleon-like helmet with orange goggles attached to it. In addition, there is a tattoo on his abdomen that says "Give Me". He also seems to be wearing gold earrings and gold chain attached to his belt.

Personality

He is an avaricious and self-serving man who greedily steals other people's possessions, abilities, and crewmates. As a way of insulting others, he also likes to steal their jolly rogers as a hobby. He is quite allergic to animals too. As many other characters in the series, he has a distinct laughter (Gijigijigiji).

History

Past

In the past, he infiltrated the Whitebeard Pirates in order to destroy it by leaking inside information, but Marco discovered what he was plotting and put a stop to his actions.

After the timeskip, when Monkey D. Luffy and his crew are voyaging in the New World, the crew runs into a food shortage. They stop by on Samba Island to replenish their supplies, but an incident is occurring.

Chameleone, with the power of the Kopi Kopi no Mi and a 300,000,000 bounty, is hatching a plan to use his power to take over territory on Samba Island that was once controlled by Whitebeard.

The islanders are ruled by the cruel Chameleone, who makes a habit of taking other people's possessions. Chameleone was also a threat to the Straw Hat Pirates.

• His fruit is similar to the Mane Mane no Mi, as both can copy or imitate something from someone else. The Mane Mane no Mi copies another person's appearance and body, while this fruit copies the other person's abilities.
