Short Summary[]
Imu, possessing Gunko's body, unleashes a massive burst of Supreme King Haki and takes out several giants and giant children. Killingham tells Imu he has still left some nightmare holes open and thus more MMA's will keep coming in. Sommers heals from his injuries. Dorry and Brogy arrive at the scene, with Brogy grabbing Imu but Imu shoots Brogy's arm off using a huge pistol and uses a technique called Domi Reversi to forcibly make a contract with Brogy that transforms him into a new gigantic demonic form, and does similar contracts with Brogy and several members of the Giant Warrior Pirates. Imu commands Dorry and Brogy to kill Jarul and proclaim themselves as the new Kings of Elbaph, while Jarul refuses to heed warnings to run.
Long Summary[]
The parents of the children arrive at their location as Colon tells them that Gaban fell down into the Underworld, and to watch out for "Gunko". One gets close enough to try and help, only to be stabbed by Sommers' thorns. Imu hears the noise they are making and unleashes a blast of Supreme King Haki that knocks the children unconscious and some of the giants, though not all of them. Imu then sprouts devil-looking wings and a tail along with a trident, to which they draw a magic circle and summon cannons to blast the giants away.
Imu asks Killingham if this is the limit of what his MMAs can do, but Killingham states that the "Nightmare Hole" he spawned them from is still open, allowing them to manifest from every nightmare on the island, and on top of that, since they have no concept of death, he can command them to be revived whenever. Imu contacts Sommers, who has put himself back together despite being in pain, and tells him to oversee the kidnapped children. Jinbe notices that Gunko seems different from before as Robin asks where Luffy is, only to be told that he, Zoro, Sanji, and the New Giant Warrior Pirates are all down in the Underworld and have no idea what is going on. This prompts Robin to use her powers to try and free herself, seeing it as the better alternative to getting captured at the end.
Imu says that their problem now is how to best utilize the children if Elbaph has no king, and they decide to make Dorry and Brogy the new kings of the country. Brogy angrily grabs Imu as the giants charge to back him up, but Imu remains unfazed and tells Brogy that he will kill Jarul and announce to everyone on the island that the two of them are the new kings, all the while they summon a grimoire and conjure forth a shotgun that they use to blow off Brogy's hand to free themselves, though interestingly, no blood comes out. Imu tells Brogy that they will bestow onto them the "Power of Evil"; they create a magic circle underneath Brogy's feet and tell him that in exchange for some of his lifespan, he will receive immortality and phenomenal strength, and by being bound to them, he will lose all sense of reason and logic and obey only them, because according to them, only demons are the proper form for life to take.
In an instant, Brogy starts sinking into the ground as Imu lifts the circle off the ground with Brogy coming out the other end, and when he does, he becomes a ferocious demon, larger than any of the giants and equipped with devil wings like Imu and able to use his severed hand despite the wrist being gone. The giants demand their captain back but Brogy swats them away. Dorry is transformed as well and order his men to help him kill Jarul, but they resist for the sake of their country. Unfortunately, several others are swallowed up by Imu's A Coeurl and transformed into demons, with those still normal being forced to flee.
With several demonic giants and Killingham's MMAs behind them, Imu muses that the power of Elbaph is quite promising, but they announce they will not destroy the country for they still need it, but it will be ruled by them, though they would like to see just how useful the giants will be in war. Jarul, meanwhile, is told by the others to flee, but Jarul says a warrior never runs from a fight.
