Short Summary

In an alternate reality where each pirate crew represents its own high school, the Straw Hat, Kid, and Heart Pirates get into a fight with the Donquixote Pirates.

Long Summary

The chapter opens with Straw Hat High (ムギ高, Mugi-kō^?) students introducing the concept of the chapter, explaining that the One Piece characters are all high school students. They tell the reader that they will be fighting the Dof' High (ドフ学, Dofu-gaku^?), but are interrupted by students from Marine High School (海群高校, Kaigun Kōkō^?).

While walking to school, Nico Robin and Nami are hit on by a group of boys. The girls turn them down, as other students of Straw Hat High School (武義笑高校, Mugiwara Kōkō^?) appear; upon seeing the guys, Sanji attacks them, knocking them to the ground. However, they warn the Straw Hats that they're under the protection of a more powerful school now, as Diamante arrives and orders them to return to school.

Ignoring them, the Straw Hats go eat at the family restaurant Baratie. While they eat, they discuss Zoro and Luffy potentially failing the year, Sanji's time in the school's soccer team, and Usopp's girlfriend Kaya. Suddenly, they are interrupted by students from Mokomo High School (猛虎守（モコモ）高校, Mokomo Kōkō^?) and White Horse High School (刃紅羽（ハクバ）高校, Hakuba Kōkō^?), who tell them that rumours about their altercation with Doflamingo School (怒賦羅明剛（ドフラミンゴ）学園, Dofuramingo Gakuen^?) are already spreading. Upon leaving the restaurant, Luffy runs into students from Kid Technical High School (鬼都怒（キッド）工業高校^?), who wants to ask to make an alliance with the Straw Hats to take down the Doflamingo School, though Law calls to warn against it and Luffy leaves before Kid has a chance to properly ask.

Running to meet Sabo, Luffy runs into Boa Hancock, and the two of them fall over. After apologizing and making sure she's alright, Luffy keeps running, this time bumping into Donquixote Rosinante, who's being chased by a swarm of students from Doflaming High School. As Luffy recovers, he is found by Sabo, who tells him that he has to cancel their plans; Koala has gone missing after investigating the SMILE Factory reportedly run by Donquixote Doflamingo, a member of the Seven Warlord Union (七武会（しちぶかい）連合, Shichibukai Rengō^?). As Sabo leaves to search for her, Luffy is approached by Kuzan, who offers him a ride.

At Doflamingo High School, Doflamingo questions Sarquiss on his loss, punishing him for losing to a no-name like Luffy. He is interrupted by the arrival of students from Baroque Commercial High School (波（バ）路（ロッ）玖（ク）商業高校, Barokku Shōgyō Kōkō^?), and Crocodile makes fun of him for Rosinante running off with proof of Doflamingo's SMILE Factory. Doflamingo attacks Crocodile in a fit of rage, as Dracule Mihawk joins them, warning Doflamingo not to underestimate Luffy. Suddenly, Doflamingo gets a call from Trebol, who reveals that he caught Rosinante but failed to retrieve the supposed USB stick, and Doflamingo orders him to search for it. He then orders his subordinates to crush the Straw Hat and Kid schools, who dare to challenge the established order.

While walking outside, Luffy finds Franky lying on the school, nearly unconscious. He gets a call from Usopp and Chopper, who have found Brook in the same state, and they learn that they were targeted by Doflamingo High School students. Suddenly, Luffy is surrounded by students, who reveal that he has Rosinante's USB; when they bumped into each other, it was slipped into Luffy's pocket as insurance. However, before they can begin to fight, the Doflamingo students are taken out by Smoker, who then pins Luffy against the wall.

Smoker warns Luffy not to disrupt the balance of power by challenging the Doflamingo school and demands that he hand over Rosinante's USB, explaining that he was undercover in Doflamingo High School on behalf of the Marines. However, annoyed at being told what to do and wanting to get revenge for Franky and Brook himself, Luffy destroys the USB. Pushing away Smoker, Luffy grabs Franky and launches into Trebol, planning on heading to Chopper for recovery.

Back in the Doflamingo High School courtyard, Doflamingo beats Rosinante for betraying him, and shoots him with a pistol. However, he is interrupted by Law, who stops the bullets before they hit him, and promises to protect Rosinante. Suddenly, Luffy flies into the courtyard, punching Rosinante because Buggy made him think all people with makeup are evil. As Law corrects his misunderstanding, the Doflamingo School students begin their assault, but are interrupted by Zoro, Sanji, and Kid, and the two sides line up for their battle.

Meanwhile, inside the Doflamingo High School gymnasium, Caesar Clown, Vergo, and Monet hold Koala hostage, and charge in to attack her; however, they are stopped by Portgas D. Ace and the rest of Whitebeard High School's (白火牙（ひげ）高校, Shirohige Kōkō^?) students, beginning a full-on brawl. Hearing the fighting from inside, the students in the courtyard begin their own battle, charging at each other.

Hours later, the Straw Hat side won the fight, and Apoo reports it to the various other schools in the area. The students of Marine High School hold a meeting at Marineford, a hamburger restaurant, and Sakazuki warns the other students to be on guard for the Straw Hats. Elsewhere, the Straw Hats plan a school trip, unaware that the Big Mom School (大喰魔夢（ビッグマム）学園, Biggu Mamu Gakuen^?) and Kaidou High School (怪導高校, Kaidō Shirube Kōkō^?) have planned trips for the same destination; in addition, the Blackbeard High School (黒卑下高校, Kurohige Kōkō^?) and Red Hair School (赤神学園, Akagami Gakuen^?) make their own plans.

The chapter ends with a promise for the battle between Emperors in the next chapter, "School Trip of Hell" (襲嶽旅抗編（しゅうがくりょこうへん）, Shūga Kuriyo Kōhen^?), with an editor's note that no future chapter will be published.
