Basskarte took part in the squad that pursued the escaping Vinsmoke Family, but he and his squad were defeated by them at the Germa Kingdom. Germa then threw them into the sea.[1]
His placement within the Charlotte Family is unknown, but Mont-d'Or referring to him as his older brother means that he could be anywhere from the 11th to the 18th son, with the exception being the 12th and 16th sons.
