Charlotte Gala is the ninth son of the Charlotte Family and a member of the Big Mom Pirates. He was a member of Big Mom's enraged army sent to fight Monkey D. Luffy.[2]
Appearance

Gala is a large man, although he appears to be significantly smaller than his quintuplet brothers. Unlike his brothers who have rounder and flat heads, Gala has a very long head that narrows at the top, over which he wears a brown pointed hat with pink horizontal stripes. He possesses a massive blond beard that is about the same width as his torso and extends past it, and also has a few wrinkles around his eyes. He wears a white, long-sleeved shirt.[5]
Personality
Gala seems to be loyal to his family and crew, as he joined an army to avenge his brother and crewmate Charlotte Cracker.[5]
Abilities and Powers
Nothing is known about Gala's abilities, but he likely has some fighting knowledge, as he joined an army to take on Monkey D. Luffy in battle.[5]
In an anime only fight, he is shown rolling into a ball as a form of attack.
History
Past
Gala was born to Big Mom as a set of quintuplets along with Opera, Counter, Cadenza, and Cabaletta, being the last of them to be born.[2]
Whole Cake Island Arc
When Luffy defeated Cracker, Gala joined an army of Big Mom Pirates to avenge his fallen crewmate.[5] The army engaged Luffy, Nami, and King Baum in battle, emerging victorious and capturing Luffy and Nami before returning to Sweet City.[6]
The following events are Non-Canon and therefore not considered part of the Canon story.
After Luffy escaped his imprisonment in the Whole Cake Chateau, Gala and another member of the Big Mom Pirates went to search around Sweet City and saw Luffy battling against two chess soldiers. After a struggle, Luffy managed to defeat the four and continued towards to the outskirt of the town.[7]
