Charlotte Marnier[7] is the 13th daughter and 32nd child of the Charlotte Family[8], an executive[9] of the Big Mom Pirates, and also Totto Land's Minister of Yeast (酵母大臣, Kōbo Daijin?), governing over Kibo Island.[1] She is the younger twin sister of Mozart.[5]
Appearance

Marnier is an average size woman, with a pink and purple afro. She wears a light colored leotard (black in the anime) and a short light pink cape.[1][10]
Personality
Not much is known about Marnier's personality, however, since she took part in Big Mom's plan to assassinate the Vinsmoke Family, she can be consider very loyal to her family and crew.[1] She was frightened by the thought of Big Mom reaction to the destruction of Mother Carmel's photo.[11]
Abilities and Powers
As the Minister of Yeast, Marnier has authority over Kibo Island. As a daughter of the Charlotte family, Marnier is an executive of the Big Mom Pirates and she holds a certain amount authority within her crew. Her combat powers and abilities are unknown, but she is presumably strong as she is an officer of a Yonko crew.
Weapons
For use in assassinating the Vinsmoke Family, she and other members of the Big Mom Pirates were given Walkers.[12]
History
Whole Cake Island Arc
Marnier attended the tea party and wedding between Sanji and Charlotte Pudding, where she took part in Big Mom's plan to assassinate the Vinsmoke Family.[1]
After Brook broke Mother Carmel's portrait, Marnier worried about Big Mom's reaction.[11] She later joined her crew as they closed in on the alliance.[13] When the Vinsmokes tried to provide cover for the alliance, she fired at them.[12]
She was concerned when the territorial sea slugs were inactive and the Big Mom Pirates lost track of the Thousand Sunny and the Nostra Castello.[10]
Trivia
- Her name is possibly a reference to the orange-flavored liqueur Grand Marnier, fitting with the food-themed names of the Charlotte Family and Big Mom Pirates.
