Normande is a very small girl with fair skin, purple eyes, and brown hair with yellow flowers in it. She wears a blue dress and has large, fairy-like wings. Like dwarves, she has a tail and her dress extends to cover most of it.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Normande's personality, but she enjoys playing with butterflies. She also appears to have a close relationship with her brother Charlotte De-Chat, as he allowed her to play on his hand.[2]
Her name may be from the Norman Tart, an apple tart known the "Tarte Normande" in France. It may also come from a breed of dairy cattle raised for both milk and meat. Both fit the food-themed names of the Charlotte Family.
In Dressrosa, Dwarves are usually referred to as "fairies". In Normande's case, she actually resembles a fairy.
