Nutmeg is an average-sized young woman with long brown hair kept loose with a pink bow on top. She wears a pink crop top with a red ribbon, blue hotpants, white gloves, horizontally-striped pink and white leggings, and red-pink high heels.[1]

Nutmeg reported to Cacao Island along with many of their siblings and crewmates to join Charlotte Oven's battalion in preparation to ambush Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates. Upon meeting Oven, Nutmeg hugged him.[1] As the arranged time for the Straw Hats to arrive drew near, Nutmeg brought out her scythe and prepared to ambush Luffy.[7]
In the anime, Nutmeg is the one who hits one of the decuplet brothers with her scythe instead of Allmeg.[9]
Trivia[]
In keeping with the Charlotte Family's food-themed names, Nutmeg is named after the spice of the same name.
Nutmeg is read as natsumegu in Japanese romaji, and natsu is the Japanese word for "summer". The prefixes of the other decuplet daughters' names come from the words for the three other seasons (aki is "autumn", fuyu is "winter", and haru is "spring"), as well as "all" for all of the seasons.
