Charlotte Panna is the 28th daughter and 61st child of the Charlotte Family[5] and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates.[3] She was a member of Charlotte Oven's army to ambush Monkey D. Luffy on Cacao Island.[2]

Appearance[]

Panna is a tall young woman with long, reddish-pink hair. She has large, round eyes, long eyelashes, and predominant, round ears. She has long arms and legs. She wears a red dress with a prominent high collar, a crescent pattern on it, a yellow scarf, and a light-colored belt. She has a large bow on her back, and she wears large mammalian gloves. She also wears dark-colored boots.[5][1]

Personality[]

Panna appears to be loyal to her family and crew, as shown when she answered Oven's call to gather on Cacao Island to ambush Luffy.[2]

Abilities and Powers[]

As an officer of the Big Mom Pirates, Panna has authority over lower-ranking members of her crew.[3] She is strong enough to have been sent with many of her siblings to Cacao Island to fight Luffy.[2]

Weapons[]

Panna wears large, mammalian gloves, each of which has three sharp claw-like knives attached. It is assumed that Panna uses these to fight.[5]

Panna gathered with thousands of her crewmates on Cacao Island as part of Charlotte Oven's effort to ambush Monkey D. Luffy. She watched as Pekoms and Luffy exited the mirror.[2]
