Charlotte Prim is the 20th daughter and 46th child of the Charlotte Family and an executive member[4] of the Big Mom Pirates. She is a hybrid between a human and an octopus mermaid.[5] She was a member of Charlotte Oven's army to ambush Monkey D. Luffy on Cacao Island.[2]

As a half-octopus mermaid, the lower part of Prim's body consists of eight octopus legs. Above her legs, she wears a low-cut dress, and her hair is fashioned into a cylindrical shape at the front.[2]
Personality
Prim appears to be loyal to her family and crew, as shown when she took up Oven's call to gather on Cacao Island and attack Luffy.[2]
Abilities and Powers
As a half mermaid, Prim likely possesses exceptional swimming speed.
Weapons
Prim carries a trident, but has not been seen using it in battle.[2]
History
Whole Cake Island Arc
Prim gathered with thousands of her crewmates on Cacao Island as part of Charlotte Oven's effort to ambush Monkey D. Luffy. She and the army waited for Luffy to emerge at 1 AM.[2] After Pekoms was attacked by Oven after exiting the Mirro-World, she exclaimed in shock upon seeing Luffy.[6] After the Straw Hats escaped, the Big Mom Pirates were later joined by Linlin when she arrived at the island.[7]
Trivia
- Her name may come from primost, a Norwegian cheese. This fits the food-themed names of the Charlotte Family and Big Mom Pirates.
