Chicken[4] is the wife of Gyoru and a fishmonger of Foosha Village.[1]

Appearance

Chicken is a normal sized, although a bit chubby woman, with dark curly hair and a round face. She seems to be middle-aged as her face has some wrinkles on it. She wears a dark colored apron over a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up. In the Episode of East Blue, she wears a white apron over a blue shirt, instead.[1]

Personality

Chicken is a caring, happy, and polite woman, as shown when she greets Luffy cordially when he visited her and her husband's shop.[1]

Gyoru

Chicken is the wife of Gyoru. Both of them work together to run their fish shop.[1]

History

Past

When Luffy was still a kid and living at Foosha Village, he went to Chicken and Gyoru's fish shop to buy some fish. While her husband was chatting with Luffy, Chicken was in the back working and smiling at the child.[1]

Post-War Arc

When Vice Admiral Garp returned to Foosha Village following the end of the war, a worried Chicken asked Garp what had happened to Luffy.[5]
