Heroes[]

Chopperman[]

Further information: Tony Tony Chopper and Chopper Man#Chopper Man

Chopperman (チョッパーマン, Choppāman?) is the protagonist of the Chopperman series and a hero protecting the peace on Tony-Tony Island.

Chopperman wields the Cross Power, allowing him to be empowered by friendship.

Air Force C[]

Further information: Chopper Man#Air Force C

The Air Force C (エアフォース゠C, Eafōsu C?) is Chopperman's private jet. There are two versions of the jet, a model version and a real plane.[1][2] The model version includes a M61A1 Vulcan 20mm caliber cannon, two missile launchers, and two Aim-9J missiles.[3] The capabilities of the jet version are unknown.

Abilities and Powers[]

Chopperman possesses a sense of smell 10,000 times stronger than that of a human.[4] He has the ability to fly using his cape.[1]

Cross Power[]

Chopperman wields the of the Cross Power (クロスパワー, Kurosu Pawā?), allowing him to double all his abilities.[5] The Cross Power's power is charged from the cheering of his friends.

The Cross Power is contained in Chopperman's hat; when it turns white, it means that the Cross Power is primed to be activated, and upon genuine, heartfelt cheering from his companions, the hat becomes dark red. During this time, Chopperman's abilities are doubled, lasting until the threat is defeated. When the Cross Power is not actively in use, Chopperman's hat is pink, indicating that he's invigorated and not in need of a boost.

The Cross Power's power only functions if the cheering is a genuine plea from those the wielder is helping, and it cannot be forced.[6]

In addition to the Cross Power's amplifying effects, it makes the user significantly more durable. When powered by it, Chopperman was able to ignore the damage he had taken from Enelgotton, and fully withstand any new hits he sustained, including a maximally-powered Uso Vari.[7] However, this does not make them immune to everything; while never hit by one, both Chopperman and Dr. Usodabada acknowledge that he would have succumbed to a "Death Sound" Boshi.[2]

Techniques[]
  • Kyuun Spark (キューンスパーク, Kyūnsupāku?): Chopperman's main attack. After rubbing his face, Chopperman gives his opponents puppy dog eyes, blasting them with a wave of cuteness. Imaginary arrows with heart-shaped tips shoot of Chopperman, instantly pacifying anyone they hit.[1] It was first used in his battle against Zorokiller.
  • Chopper Violence (チョッパーバイオレンス, Choppā Baiorensu?): Chopperman's second resort, if Kyuun Spark fails. He rapidly fires a barrage of blasts with his hooves, overwhelming his opponents with pure force.[1] It was first used in his battle against Zorokiller.
    • Chopper Megaton Violence (チョッパーメガトンバイオレンス, Choppā Megaton Baiorensu?): An upgraded form of Chopper Violence, which Chopperman can use while fully powered up by the Cross Power. This technique powerful enough to instantly defeat Dr. King Usodabada, which had been flawlessly fighting off every other hero simultaneously.[2]

Namifia[]

Further information: Nami and Chopper Man#Namifia

Namifia (ナミフィア, Namifia?) is Chopperman's assistant. She works inside Chopperman's hideout, waiting for emergency reports.[1] However, once the emergency occurs, she will always come with Chopperman to resolve it. Before the heroes discovered Dr. Usodabada's true identity, she did all the investigation work for it.[8]

When Dr. Usodabada's plans to take over Tony-Tony Island were repeatedly thwarted by Chopperman, he resorted to kidnapping Namifia,[9] though she was ultimately saved.

Zorokiller[]

Further information: Roronoa Zoro and Chopper Man#Zorokiller

Onigiri Mystery Man, Zorokiller (おにぎり怪人 ゾロギラー, Onigiri Kaijin Zorokirã?) is a monster created by Dr. Usodabada to take over Tony-Tony Island. He was created without a memory, and does not remember anything from before landing on the island,[1] though he does recover some memories later.[10] He was inspired by Chopperman's friendship with the island's residents and switched sides, helping to defend the island. Like his main series counterpart, he has no sense of direction.[11]

Techniques[]

  • Umeboshi Machine Gun (ウメボシマシンガン, Umeboshi Mashingan?): Zorokiller launches a barrage of umeboshi at his opponents. It was first used in his battle against Chopperman.[1] Umeboshi is a type of pickled plum that is commonly eaten with onigiri, matching Zorokiller's theme.
  • Oni Giri (おに, Oni Giri?, lit. "Ogre Cutter"): Zorokiller's ultimate technique, he takes a third sword in his mouth and dashes forward towards his opponent, simultaneously slashing at them with the sword and his claws. It was first used in his battle against Chopperman.[1] The technique fits Zorokiller's onigiri theme, and shares a name and general structure with his main series counterpart's signature technique.
    • Haki Oni Giri (吐き, おに?, Haki Oni Giri) lit. "Vomiting Ogre Cutter": A variation of the standard Oni Giri, that targets his opponent's stomach and leads to them throwing up. Zorokiller first used this technique against Mew to make him spit up the bird he accidentally swallowed.[4]
  • Tsubo Tatsu Maki (たつまき, Tsubo Tatsu Maki?, lit. "Jar Dragon Twister"): Zorokiller spins his claws to create a tornado that blows away his opponents. This technique was first used to blow away Dr. Usodabada and his soldiers while Chopperman fought Death Hatch.[8] Tsubo Tatsu Maki is based on Zoro's Tatsu Maki, which similarly creates a slashing tornado; for both Zorokiller and Zoro, the battle it was first used in involved Hatchan (or his parody, Death Hatch). The name of the technique may be based on a takotsubo (蛸壺?), a Japanese octopus trap.
  • Shikai Tatsu Maki (視開たつまき, Shikai Tatsu Maki?, lit. "Eye-Opening Dragon Twister"): Zorokiller spins his claws to create a spiraling tornado in front of him, which surrounds one of his allies. This technique was first used to blow away Mokmoker Z's smoke so that Sanjirops could hit him.[12] Like Tsubo Tatsu Maki, it is based on Zoro's Tatsu Maki.

Sanjirops[]

Further information: Sanji and Chopper Man#Sanjirops

Perverted Monster, Sanjirops (エロ怪獣・サンジロプス, Ero Kaijū Sanjiropusu?) is a monster created by Dr. Usodabada and formerly one of his two lieutenants, alongside Robiflowan. When he worked with Dr. Usodabada, he very rarely listened to his orders, doing what he wanted instead.[4][8] However, he was motivated by women, and went to Tony-Tony Island when he was told that Chopperman was holding a bikini contest. He refuses to work with anybody who would harm or threaten women, even going so far as to ally with Chopperman when Dr. Usodabada took Namifia hostage.[10]

Sanjirops possesses an internal metric called Ero Power (エロの力, Ero no Chikara?), which he charges by being near attractive women.[10] The more his Ero Power is charged, the more Sanjirops can use powerful techniques; when it's charged to its maximum, he can utilize Zetcho Ero Shoot.[9]

Techniques[]

  • Zetcho Ero Shoot (絶頂エロシュート, Zetchō Ero Shūto?, lit. "Climax Erotic Shoot"): Sanjirops' ultimate technique. After fully charging up his Ero Power, Sanjirops kicks at his target, releasing a massive flaming comet, shaped like a heart, from the peak of his kick's arc. Sanjirops first used this technique in his battle against Zorokiller, though the heart was slashed by Oni Giri.[9]
  • Zetcho Ero Shoot is later referred to as simply Ero Shoot.[13][2]
  • Hatsukoi Shoot (初恋シュート, Hatsukoi Shūto?, lit. "First Love Shoot"): A combination attack with Chopperman, the hero stands on Sanjirops' foot and he kicks, launching him forward. This technique was first when they fought Wapoln, to allow Chopperman to approach the villain and defeat him with Chopper Violence.[11]
  • Drill Shoot (ドリルシュート, Doriru Shūto?): Sanjirops jumps forward towards his target, spinning like a drill, and kicks them with both legs. This technique was first used to destroy Mokmoker Z.[12] It is very similar to Jerry's Screw Drop Kick.
  • Zetcho Hatsukoi Shoot (絶頂初恋シュート, Zetchō Hatsukoi Shūto?, lit. "Climax First Love Shoot"): Two separate techniques that share a name. The first is a combination attack with Chopperman, while the second is a solo kick.
  • A combination of Zetcho Ero Shoot and Hatsukoi Shoot, Sanjirops launches Chopperman forward with a kick, creating a heart-shaped comet that launches alongside him in the process. Chopperman's involvement in the technique is forced on him, and he takes damage from the comet. This technique was first used to stop Zorokiller from attacking Damaswan when he was disguised as Namifia.[14]
  • Seemingly intended for targets that are significantly taller than him, Sanjirops sprints towards his opponent and jumps upward into them, landing a double-leg kick under their chin. This technique was first used against Great Crocosaurus once it was vulnerable to attacks, though it was only enough to momentarily stun the monster.[15]
  • Monster Shoot (怪獣モンスターシュート, Monsutā Shūto?): Sanjirops dashes towards his taregt, kicking them in their side. This technique was first used against Great Crocosaurus, and was strong enough to make the monster stumble for the first time, though it did little lasting damage.[16]
  • Ero Shoot (エロシュート, Ero Shūto?, lit. "Erotic Shoot"): Sanjirops kicks his opponent. The technique can be used from a distance, releasing an aerial slash similar to a swordsman's Tobu Zangeki,[17] or as a direct strike.[18] The technique was first used to attack Dr. Usodabada when he returned to Tony-Tony Island.[17]

Robiflowan[]

Further information: Nico Robin and Chopper Man#Robiflowan

Flower Mystery Woman, Robiflowan (お花怪人ロビフラワン, Hana Kaijin Robifurawan?) is a monster created by Dr. Usodabada and formerly one of his two lieutentants, alongside Sanjirops. When she worked with Dr. Usodabada, she never listened to his orders, to the point of leaving to go on vacation without informing him.[11] Upon returning from her vacation, she ran into Chopperman on Tabetsukusare Island, and asked to join his group instantly due to his cuteness.[19]

Techniques[]

  • Flower Shot (フラワーショット, Furawā Shotto?): Robiflowan throws out a barrage of flowers with sharpened stem tips, which stab into her targets. This technique was first used to fend off Black Brook's subordinates, though it was unable to stand up to their numbers.[5]

Giant Luffy Bomber[]

Further information: Monkey D. Luffy and Chopper Man#Giant Luffy Bomber

Robot of Mass Destruction, Giant Luffy Bomber (秘密兵器巨大ロボジャイアントルフィボンバー, Himitsu Heiki Kyodai Robo Jaianto Rufibonbā?) is a giant robot created by Dr. Usodabada. He is 50 meters tall[20] and was meant to be a weapon of ultimate destruction. He was found by Chopperman in Dr. Usodabada's laboratory and brought to Tony-Tony Island, after which he began helping to protect the residents.[20]

Giant Luffy Bomber consumes too much energy to move for longer than a very short time, leading Dr. Usodabada to consider the robot his greatest failure.[13]

Tony-Tony Island Residents[]

The residents of Tony-Tony Island live under Chopperman's protection, to the point where the mayor, Boodle, even considered Chopperman the "true" leader of the island.[21] They live in harmony with animals, and are at peace with nature.[1]

Mew[]

Mew

Mew

Further information: Bartholomew Kuma

Mew (ミュー, Myū?) is an intelligent mellivore bear that lives on Tony-Tony Island, under the care of Auntie Monday and her husband. He was raised by Auntie Monday and her husband since he was a cub, and helps with their beekeeping.

Mew is extremely strong; he is strong enough to leave large, paw print-shaped holes in the ground with a single punch. When he witnessed it, Zorokiller described Mew's strength as "that of a real cyborg". Additionally, Mew can use his sharp teeth and large mouth to nullify certain attacks, successfully swallowing Zorokiller's entire Umeboshi Machine Gun.

Due to his mellivorism, Mew is a peaceful creature, and lives in harmony with the residents of Tony-Tony Island; however, if he accidentally eats meat, he instantly becomes a raging beast, and starts to see others as walking food. When in this state, he described as a "Tyrant" (暴君, Bōkun?) by his adoptive father. If the meat or creature he ate is expelled from his body, Mew returns to his normal self.[4]

During the Tony-Tony Festival, Mew ran a honey cotton candy stand with Monday and her husband.[21]

Monday[]

Main article: Monday (Non-Canon)

Auntie Monday is a middle-aged woman that lives on Tony-Tony Island, where she cares for Mew. She is one of two characters original to the spin-off series.

Gen[]

Further information: Genzo

Gen (ゲン, Gen?) is a fisherman living on Tony-Tony Island. He was the first to fight Death Hatch, and is the person who called for Chopperman's help.[8] He later helped to hold Bara Buggy's separated limbs.[21]

Gaimonkey[]

Gaimonkey

Gaimonkey

Further information: Gaimon

Gaimonkey (ガイモンキー, Gaimonkī?) is a human living in the Forest of Rare Animals. At some point in the past, he fell in a hunter's trap and got stuck in a crate, and the animals took care of him. In return, he began living in the forest and protecting the animals.[22]

He has a tendency to add monkey onomatopoeia to sentences, such as "ook" (ウキ or ウキー?) and "ukikii" (ウキキイ?).

Tabetsukusare Island Residents[]

Shiromarimo[]

Shiromarimo

Shiromarimo

Further information: Kuromarimo

Shiromarimo (シロマーリモ, Shiromārimo?) is a man living on Tabetsukusare Island with his family. He is married to Cheko, and they have two kids together. He used to live in a big city, but wanted a break from city life and so moved to an island where him and his family could be at peace with nature. They were eventually attacked by Wapoln, but Chopperman, Zorokiller, and Sanjirops saved them.[11]

Shiromarimo and his wife later saved Chopperman and Zorokiller from drowning, and welcomed Damaswan to live with them and protect their island.[19]

Cheko[]

Cheko

Cheko

Further information: Chess

Cheko (チェ子, Cheko?) is a woman living on Tabetsukusare Island with her family. She is married to Shiromarimo, and they have two kids together. She used to live in a big city, but her husband wanted a break from city life, so they moved to an island where they could be at peace with nature. They were eventually attacked by Wapoln, but Chopperman, Zorokiller, and Sanjirops saved them.[11]

Cheko and her husband later saved Chopperman and Zorokiller from drowning, and welcomed Damaswan to live with them and protect their island.[19]

Damaswan[]

Damaswan

Damaswan

Further information: Bentham

Transforming Monster Damaswan (変身怪人ダマスワン, Henshin Kaijin Damasuwan?) is an okama swan monster originally created by Dr. Usodabada to protect the second floor of his hideout.[14] He has the ability to transform into anybody he's seen, though he doesn't gain their abilities or strength.[14][23] He can also fly using his swan wings.[15]

After witnessing the friendship of Chopperman and his team during their fight, he was motivated to switch sides, and helped them in their battle against Great Crocosaurus.[16] He later remained on Tabetsukusare Island with Shiromarimo and Cheko, promising to protect them from future threats.[19]

Despite not copying his victim's abilities directly, Damaswan is a skilled fighter, and is capable of copying abilities he's seen before through simple observation. During his battle with Zorokiller, he was able to use Oni Giri.[23]

He has shown transformations of Namifia, Chopperman, Zorokiller,[14] and Great Crocosaurus.[19]

Other Allies[]

Helmeppoli[]

Helmeppoli

Helmeppoli

Further information: Helmeppo

Lieutenant Helmeppoli (ヘルメッポリ警部補, Herumeppori Keibuho?) is a lieutenant in the East Blue's police force. He was charged with tracking down and arresting Black Brook, and he gave the location of Black Brook's rumoured hideout to Chopperman.[24]

His name is a combination of Helmeppo and police.

Villains[]

Usodaba-gang[]

The Usodaba-gang (ウソダバ団, Usodaba-dan?)[12] is the main antagonist group of the Chopperman series, under the command of Dr. Usodabada.

Publically, they are known as Dabada Appliances (ダバダデンキ, Dabada-denki?), a seller of household appliances.[8]

Dr. Usodabada[]

Dr. Usodabada After Loss

Dr. Usodabada after his loss against Chopperman.

Further information: Usopp and Chopper Man#Dr. Usodabada

Dr. Usodabada (Dr.ウソダバダ, Dokutā Usodabada?) is an evil genius who dreams of taking over the world.[8] He began his attempted conquest with Tony-Tony Island, picked at random.[8] However, he was unable to defeat Chopperman, and so kept attempting to conquer the island. His soldiers obey him happily, but certain monsters (such as Sanjirops and Robiflowan) don't always obey.

After his defeat at Chopperman's hands, he lost his left arm, which he replaced with a prosthetic,[17] and his hearing. His lack of hearing made him immune to Black Brook's musical abilities, which in turn allowed him to fake being under his control while infiltrating his gang.[24]

Before publicizing his plans for world domination, Dr. Usodabada was considered a genius inventor and the CEO of Dabada Appliances.[8]

Dr. King Usodabada[]
Dr. King Usodabada

Dr. King Usodabada

Further information: Usopp and Sogeking

Ultimate Secret Weapon, Dr. King Usodabada (最終秘密兵器Dr.キングウソダバダ, Saishū Himitsu Heiki Dokutā Kingu Usodabada?) was Dr. Usodabada's ultimate weapon. It was a mech suit piloted by Dr. Usodabada himself, harnessing Black Brook's musical abilities. Many of Dr. King Usodabada's techniques take the form of small pellets launched from a slingshot strung onto the mech's fingers, which then expand into a full technique in the air.[13] It was ultimately destroyed by Chopperman.[2]

Techniques[]
  • Oni Giri (おに, Oni Giri?, lit. "Ogre Cutter"): A stronger version of Zorokiller's ultimate technique, Dr. King Usodabada launches a small pellet that expands into a cross-shaped air slashes. It was first used to counter Zorokiller's own Oni Giri.[13]
  • Ero Shoot (エロシュート, Ero Shūto?, lit. "Erotic Shot"): A stronger version of Sanjirops' Zetcho Ero Shoot, Dr. King Usodabada launches a small pellet that expands into a flaming, heart-shaping comet. It was first used to counter Sanjirops' own Zetcho Ero Shoot (in this instance, referred to as Ero Shoot).[13]
  • Flower Shot (フラワーショット, Furawā Shotto?): A stronger version of Robiflowan's attack, Dr. King Usodabada launches a small pellet that expands into an array of needle-sharp flower stems. It was first used to counter Robiflowan's own Flower Shot.[13]
  • "Death Sound" Boshi (死の超音波デスサウンド〟星, "Desu Saundo" Boshi?, lit. "'Ultrasound of Death' Star"): A pellet form of Brookbird's "Death Sound", which Dr. King Usodabada shoots from its slingshot. How the soundwave form of "Death Sound" functions in a pellet is unclear, as Dr. Usodabada was unable to successfully land any shots, but the technique turns targets into skeletons and leaves a cloud of smoke where it lands.[2]
    • Cho Tokudai "Death Sound" Boshi (超特大〝死の超音波デスサウンド〟星, Chō Tokudai "Desu Saundo" Boshi?, lit. "Super Extra-Large 'Ultrasound of Death' Star"): A modification of "Death Sound" Boshi, in which Dr. King Usodabada uses an extra-sized pellet as the ammo. When it lands, it creates a large flash of light.[2]

Usodaba-gang Soldiers[]

Further information: Chopper Man#Usodaba-gang Soldiers

The Usodaba-gang soldiers are a number of unnamed, functionally faceless soldiers who follow Dr. Usodabada's orders. He mostly uses them for large-scale attacks against Chopperman or Zorokiller, but they are always defeated easily.

Death Hatch[]

Death Hatch

Death Hatch

Further information: Hatchan

Octo-Robo Weapon Death Hatch (タコロボ兵器デスハッチ, Tako Robo Heiki Desu Hatchi?) is a steel robot created by Dr. Usodabada to take over Tony-Tony Island after Zorokiller's defection. He is based on an octopus, and has six tentacles. He was defeated by Chopperman after attacking Tony-Tony Island's fishermen, forcing Dr. Usodabada to retreat, and he was abandoned in the ocean.[4]

Despite his hard metal shell, Death Hatch has fairly low durability, and was shell-shocked from a single punch from Chopperman. Despite this, however, he is physically strong, enough to create holes in the ground with every punch. His tentacles can be transformed into spikes, which he uses for thrusting attacks.[4]

Bara Buggy[]

Bara Buggy

Bara Buggy

Further information: Buggy

Red-Nosed Terror, Bara Buggy (赤鼻怪人バラバギー, Akahana Kaijin Bara Bagī?) was a monster created by Dr. Usodabada to take over Tony-Tony Island after Death Hatch's defeat. He has the ability to fragment his body and remotely control the parts, making him nearly impossible to defeat. However, the residents of Tony-Tony Island discovered that his head could only move so far from his body parts, and they held his separated body in place, allowing Chopperman to defeat him.[21]

Techniques[]
  • Bara Bara Ho (バラバラ砲, Bara Bara Hō?, lit. "Split Split Cannon"): Bara Buggy split his body into a series of disks, then launches the disks and his two fists at his opponent in a barrage of blows. This was first used in his fight against Zorokiller.[21] Bara Bara Ho shares a name with one of Buggy's techniques, though the actual technique is different.
  • Bara Bara Kinkyu Dasshutsu (バラバラ緊急脱出, Bara Bara Kinkyū Dasshutsu?, lit. "Split Split Emergency Escape")

Bara Buggy Kai[]

Bara Buggy Kai

Bara Buggy Kai

Red-Nosed Terror, Bara Buggy Kai (赤鼻怪人バラバギー改, Akahana Kaijin Bara Bagī Kai?, lit. "Red-Nosed Terror, Revised Bara Buggy") is Bara Buggy's evolved form.

Much more powerful than before, Bara Buggy Kai was able to nearly defeat Robiflowan, and was competely immune to Zorokiller and Sanjirops' attacks, though he was still easily defeated by Chopperman.[17]

Enelgotton[]

Further information: Enel

Gorogorobot "Enelgotton" (ゴロゴロボット"エネルゴットン", Gorogorobotto "Enerugotton"?) was a robot created by Dr. Usodabada as a backup measure in case of Bara Buggy's defeat. He was able to summon and control lightning at will. However, despite his immense power, he had no will of his own, and was controlled completely by Dr. Usodabada's remote controller. He nearly defeated Zorokiller and Chopperman at the same time, but Chopperman was able to destroy Enelgotton at the last second, forcing Dr. Usodabada to flee once again.[7]

Enelgotton is highly resistant to all physical attacks, as none of Chopperman's or Zorokiller's normal attacks damaged it; Chopperman required the fully-charged Cross Power to defeat him.

Enelgotton
Enelgotton's color scheme.
Techniques[]

Many of Enelgotton's techniques are based on Enel's, with the added prefix "Uso" (ウソ?), from "Usodabada".

  • Uso Thor (ウソ裁きトール, Uso Tōru?, lit. "Uso Judgement"): The mouth on Enelgotton's stomach opens, revealing a cannon blaster, which shoots out a beam of lightning. An small explosion occurs where the lightning strikes, spreading debris and dust. Uso Thor was first used to destroy the Tony-Tony Festival decorations. The attack gets its name from Enel's El Thor.
  • Uso Vari (ウソダ放電ヴァーリー, Uso Vārī?, lit. "Uso Discharge"): Enelgotton discharges variable amounts of electricity from his body, frying anyone touching him. There are multiple versions of this attack, each designated according to the employed voltage. Uso Vari was first used to shock Chopperman and Zorokiller after they attempted to attack Enelgotton. The attack gets its name from Enel's Vari.
    • 1,000,000 V (100まんVボルト, Hyakuman Boruto?): An Uso Vari used to damage Chopperman and Zorokiller. While it managed to burn them, it was not powerful enough to defeat them, and they recovered quickly. The residual electricity from this attack was enough to completely fry Boodle and Chouchou simply because they came close.
    • 10,000,000 V (1000まんVボルト, Issenman Boruto?): An Uso Vari used to damage Chopperman and Zorokiller a second time. Ten times as powerful as the last, this attack was powerful enough to severely damage the two heroes, though they were still conscious and able to taunt Usodabada.
    • 100,000,000 V (1おくVボルト, Ichioku Boruto?): The strongest Uso Vari, using Enelgotton's maximum voltage. This attack was used to try and stop Chopperman during his Cross Power-fueled attacks, and was strong enough to fully exhaust the Cross Power, though Chopperman was able to near-instantly recharge it due to the civilians watching him. Unlike his main series counterpart, Enelgotton's maximum voltage is 100,000,000 V, not 200,000,000 V.
  • Mamaragan (万雷ママラガン, Mamaragan?, lit. "Heavy Thunder"): After charging his lightning by holding his staff above his head for a short time, Enelgotton directs it by pointing the staff in any direction. Arcs of lightning then bounce along the ground in the direction he pointed, causing severe damage wherever they end up. While powerful, this attack comes with two primary weaknesses; it requires Enelgotton have his staff and, given someone willing to sacrifice themselves, it can be fully diverted by a person acting as a lightning rod. Mamaragan was first used in an attempt to kill Zorokiller, though he survived the attack. It gets its name from Enel's Mamaragan, though the two attacks share little functionality.

Mokmoker Z[]

Mokmoker Z

Mokmoker Z

Further information: Smoker

Smoke Robot Mokmoker Z (スモークロボモクモーカーZゼット, Sumōku Robo Mokumōkā Zetto?) was a steel robot created by Dr. Usodabada to guard the first floor of his lair. His strategy revolved around filling the fighting arena with smoke, then using his built-in infrared sensors to track his opponents. However, a weakness in his strategy is that if there are too many heat sources, he becomes unable to track his opponents. Sanjirops took advantage of this to confuse Mokmoker Z, allowing Zorokiller to defeat him.[12]

His two arms are a gas canister and a jitte, respectively.

Techniques[]
  • White Out (ホワイト・アウト, Howaito Auto?): Mokmoker Z releases clouds of smoke out of his gas canister arm, which he uses to reduce visibility in the surrounding area. This technique was used when Mokmoker Z fought Zorokiller and Sanjirops to confuse them.[12] It shares a name and basic execution with one of Smoker's techniques.

The following events are Non-Canon and therefore not considered part of the Canon story.

Usodabird[]

Main article: Usodabird

Usodabird is a giant bird created by Dr. Usodabada, which he used to terrorize various islands. It is one of two characters original to the spin-off series.

Concludes non-canon section.

Great Crocosaurus[]

Great Crocosaurus

Great Crocosaurus

Further information: Crocodile

Giant Monster Weapon Great Crocosaurus[25] (巨大怪獣兵器 ブしートクロコザウルス, Kyodai Kaijū Heiki Bushito Kurokozaurusu?) is a giant crocodile monster created by Dr. Usodabada to protect the third floor of his lair. It's so powerful that not even Dr. Usodabada can control it,[16] and his soldiers tried to stop him from freeing it.[23] Its jaw has a pressing force of two tons, with its tail having a force of at least ten tons. However, it also uses its tail to balance itself and navigate, and becomes extremely disoriented when it's cut off. It has the ability to breath blasts of sand, seemingly enough to fill an entire room, and it is strong enough to completely collapse Dr. Usodabada's lair,[16] though what happened to him afterwards is unknown.[15]

Tama, Nin, & Pii[]

Further information: Tamanegi, Ninjin and Piiman

Killer Robot Trio Tama, Nin, & Pii (キラーロボトリオたま・にん・ピー, Kirā Robo Torio Tama Nin Pī?) is a trio of robots created by Dr. Usodabada while he was working under Black Brook. They were designed to stall and defeat Chopperman and his friends at the ruins of Black Brook's old hideout, as well as show off Dr. Usodabada's monster-creation abilities.[26] The three robots can merge into a large robot in a tower formation.

Tama, Nin, & Pii
Tama, Nin, & Pii when merged
Techniques[]
  • Tamanegi Splash (タマネギスプラッシュ, Tamanegi Supurasshu?, lit. "Onion Splash"): A technique performed by Tama, it orients the top of its head towards its target and shoots a jet of onion juice. If it hits an opponent's eyes, it stings and causes them to tear up. This technique was first used to stun Chopperman during the trio's battle against the heroes.[26]
  • Vegetable Attack (ベジタブルアタック, Bejitaburu Atakku?): A combined technique the trio use while merged, Tama charges towards their targets, while Pii and Nin swing their weapons into them. This technique was used to simultaneously take out Zorokiller and Sanjirops.[5]

Brookbird[]

Further information: Brook

Giant Modified Human Brookbird (巨大改造人間ブルックバード, Kyodai Kaizō Ningen Burukkubādo?) was a giant cyborg created by Dr. Usodabada, which used Black Brook as a catalyst for its abilities. While its legs were weak, it was able to transform into a jet.[18] It also contained the Dr. King Usodabada, which could be triggered once the Brookbird was destroyed.[13]

The Brookbird's regular form.
The Brookbird's jet form.
Techniques[]
  • "Death Sound" (死の超音波デスサウンド, "Desu Saundo"?, lit. "'Ultrasound of Death'"): The Brookbird releases a wide-range sound wave from the conical tips on its arms. Anyone hit with wave is instantly turned into a skeleton. The technique is an application of Black Brook's musical abilities. Notably, because the technique works by stripping skin and muscle mass, it does work on robots.[18]

Other Villains[]

Warujabra[]

Warujabra

Warujabra

Further information: Jabra

Hunter of Rare Animals, Warujabra (珍獣ハンターワルジャブラ, Chinjū Hantā Warujabura?) is a wolf, hunter, and poacher, focusing on the rare hybrid animals that are found in the Forest of Rare Animals. He sets traps for his opponents, waiting at their only source of medicine, and doesn't hesitate to fight outside forces who get involved in his hunts. After his defeat at Chopperman's hands, he was forced into becoming friends with Gaimonkey and the rare animals, though whether or not he stayed in the forest is unknown.[22]

Techniques[]
  • Okami Hajiki (狼弾, Ōkami Hajiki?, lit. "Wolf Bullet"): Warujabra clasps his hands and smashes downward onto his opponents. This was first used as a sneak attack after Warujabra convinced Chopperman he was friendly.[22] The attack gets its name from his main series counterpart's Tekkai Kenpo "Okami Hajiki".

Gangster Musician Black Brook (ギャング音楽家ブラックブルック, Gyangu Ongakuka Burakku Burukku?), sometimes shortened to "B.B." (B・Bビー・ビー, Bī Bī?), is a high-profile criminal in the East Blue. His thievery made him extremely rich, to the point where Dr. Usodabada considered his wealth enough to create the ultimate weapon.[26] At some point in the past, he seemingly lost to the East Blue's police force and was executed, but had actually faked his death.[17]

Black Brook's combat style resolves around his music, which has the ability to brainwash anyone who hears it; due to this, he forces his subordinates to listen to his music regularly, and is able to weed out spies by identifying those who refuse. Additionally, if someone lies to him then hears his music, they will be forced into a vegetative state, allowing Black Brook to learn information quickly and reliably.[24] Beyond these abilities, he possesses a little-defined "control" over those who hear his music; after Robiflowan and Boodle listened to him play, he threatened to "reduce them to a ragged state" if Chopperman didn't comply with his demands, using the fact they heard his music as justification.[6]

Notably, due to his extreme abundance on his music, Black Brook is severely weakened against those who are unable to hear him play, whether intentionally, such as by wearing earbuds, or unintentionally.[24] When necessary, the end of his guitar can also open to reveal the barrel of a bazooka, though he appears to avoid using this until absolutely necessary.[6]

He was searching for the Cross Power, planning to use it to take over the world, as he believed it would allow him to project his music directly into people's minds and bypass his weakness. However, he could not fulfill its activation conditions, as his subordinates did not truly believe in him and simply followed him for their own selfish reasons.[6]
