• 21. "Tony-Tony Island in Danger" (〝ト二ート二ー島の危機〟, "Tonī ̄Tonī-tō no Kiki"^?): While the heroes struggle against Tama, Nin, & Pii, Black Brook's forces overwhelm Tony-Tony Island, though they are unable to find the Cross Power. Learning of the island's danger, Chopperman defeats the robot trio and rushes back to the island, as Black Brook realizes Chopperman himself has the Cross Power.
• 22. "Cross Power" (〝クロスパワー〟, "Kurosupawā"^?): Chopperman returns to Tony-Tony Island, and when Black Brook holds the citizens hostage, he hands over the Cross Power. However, Black Brook is unable to use it, and is defeated. To everyone's shock, Dr. Usodabada doesn't help him, instead taking the defeated gangster into his newest weapon, the Brookbird.
• 23. "Death Sound" (〝死の超音波（デスサウンド）〟, "Desu Saundo"^?): The heroes battle the Brookbird, but are unable to counter its "Death Sound". When all seems lost, Giant Luffy Bomber joins the fray, who's immune to the "Death Sound" because he's a robot.
• 24. Chance of Victory vs. Chance of Victory (勝機 VS（バーサス） 勝機, Shōki Bāsasu Shōki^?): With Giant Luffy Bomber's help, the heroes destroy the Brookbird, but Dr. Usodabada reveals his true ultimate weapon: the Dr. King Usodabada. With it, he quickly overwhelms the heroes, and prepares to defeat Chopperman once and for all.
• 25. Our Friend Chopperman! (ぼくらの友達 チョッパーマン!, Bokura no Tomodachi Choppāman!^?): Narrowly avoiding Dr. King Usodabada's "Death Sound" Boshi, the heroes try to fight off the villain, but are repeatedly thrown down. Nearly defeated, Chopperman gets a huge boost from the Cross Power and is finally able to beat the evil genius, bringing peace back to Tony-Tony Island.
