Courtney is a baby with large eyes. She was born with some hair, which stands up atop on her head and juts out from the sides.

After being stranded out at sea, Dahlia finally returned to Amazon Lily. Upon landing, she felt herself going into labor, and called for Cassandra, the midwife; ultimately, Courtney was born.
She began to live with her mother in the Kuja village.
