The Cutie Baton^[2] is a baton used by Porche.

The Cutie Baton is a bright yellow baton with two white balls on either end.

The Cutie Baton, when spun at extreme speeds, can shoot out rose-shaped shurikens.

Ohana Shuriken (お花手裏剣, Ohana Shuriken^?, literally meaning "Flower Shuriken"): Porche quickly spins the Cutie Baton to make a spiral of rose-shaped shurikens appear around her, then launches them forward into her opponents. This technique is called Flower Shuriken in the English adaptations.^[2]
Ohana Saimin (お花催眠, Ohana Saimin^?, literally meaning "Flower Hypnosis"): An anime-only technique. One tip of the Cutie Baton transforms into a bouquet of roses that hides a powerful somniferous gas. This attack is called Flower Hypnosis in the Funimation adaptations.^[3]
