Disco is a thin, eccentric man who has long silver hair, a cleft chin, stubble beard and mustache. He wears a purple coat, pink scarf, a tall yellow hat with flower patterns around the bottom, and his trademark star-shaped glasses.[1]
After losing his business, he has become ragged-looking, with torn clothes and a scruffy beard and hairstyle. He now wears torn black boots and a ripped shirt and shorts. However, he still maintains his hat and glasses, the former which crumpled inward.[3]
He is a sadistic person with a short temper. He physically abused Camie when she was first brought to him because she stuck out her tongue at him.[1]
After the fall of the human shop, he has fallen to ruin and become unable to move on, resorting to alcohol. He also seems to have developed a grudge towards the Worst Generation who were present at the day of the auction house's end, as he stabbed the wanted posters of Luffy, Kid, Law, and Rayleigh with knives.[3]

Doflamingo left Disco in charge of the Human Auctioning House. After Luffy punched a Celestial Dragon, Disco contacted Doflamingo to beg him to resolve the problem. However, Doflamingo lost interest in the slave-trade and told him to never call him again due to the age of SMILEs and he would attend the war against the Whitebeard Pirates leaving Disco in shock.[2]

Worst Generation[]
Because of all the trouble Luffy caused after punching a Celestial Dragon, Disco holds a grudge on him for ruining his business and losing his job and dignity.[3]
Because Eustass Kid and Trafalgar Law were part of the incident that Luffy caused, Disco despises them as well.[3]

Disco hates Silvers Rayleigh for disrupting the auction, as well as for stealing the auction house's money and freeing the slaves.[7][2] Two years later, he expresses his grudge by stabbing Rayleigh's wanted poster.[3]

Disco was the owner of the Human Auctioning House, so he had authority over his employees. However, after Doflamingo abandoned the shop,[2] his business fell into ruin.[3]
Disco possessed a weak will, having been knocked out by Rayleigh's Supreme King Haki.[1]
History[]
Summit War Saga[]
Sabaody Archipelago Arc[]
Disco auctions Camie.
After the Hound Pets brought Camie to the Human Auctioning House to be sold, Disco went to inspect the mermaid. When she stuck her tongue out at him, he struck her but was held back from further injuring her since it would affect her sale price. Camie declared that Hatchan would beat up Disco, who was further angered by her insolence; however, Silvers Rayleigh, who was in a nearby cage, used Supreme King Haki to covertly knock out Disco.[1] He awoke in time to take the stage and conduct the auction.[8] During the auction, the enslaved Lacuba bit off his own tongue in an attempted suicide, so Disco briefly halted the auction to clear the mess before opening the bidding on Camie. The World NobleSt. Charlos immediately bid 500,000,000, and since no one could outbid him, Disco sold the mermaid to him.
The auction was then interrupted by the crash landing of Monkey D. Luffy. When the pirate attempted to run on stage, Disco ordered his subordinates to stop the Straw Hat.[9] Disco watched in shock as Luffy punched Charlos for shooting Hatchan. As the patrons fled and the Straw Hat Pirates fought the World Nobles' guards, Disco called for his subordinates to protect the mermaid. St. Shalria walked up on stage, planning to kill Camie before the pirates could rescue her. Disco begged her to wait until the mermaid was paid for, but the Noble ordered him to be silent and shot him.[7]
Injured, Disco made his way backstage and called the shop's owner, Warlord of the SeaDonquixote Doflamingo, for help. However, the Warlord told Disco that he could have the shop and never to call again, as Doflamingo was not interested in it anymore, and that the future was in SMILEs; he also mentioned that the government was calling the Seven Warlords to battle against the Whitebeard Pirates, much to Disco's horror.[2]
