Doran is an anime-only character from the Spa Island Arc, and the main antagonist of that Arc. He is the owner of the Spa Island, providing vacation services to people that arrive to the island.[1][2]
Appearance
Doran is a skinny man with a white shirt, a red bowtie and a gray vest that goes over it. His hair is dirty blonde, and he has glasses, a thin swirly mustache, a braided ponytail, and wears dark black pants.[1]
Personality
Doran is a man that loves money no matter where it comes from. He claims that they provide the same service to pirates as long as they pay.[1][2]
Doran, like many characters, has a distinct laugh: "Girugirugirugiru!".[1]
History
