"The World Shakes! The Straw Hats' Hostage Situation" is the 1123rd episode of the One Piece anime.
Short Summary[]
As the news spreads throughout the world of Garp's disappearance and the hostage situation regarding Dr. Vegapunk, the repercussions of Lulusia Kingdom's destruction affects the entire world. As Admiral Kizaru's forces surround Egghead, York contacts them to reveal she had been caught by the Straw Hat Pirates.
Long Summary[]
After Garp's disappearance on Hachinosu, news spreads around the world, reaching all four seas. However, the entire world suddenly suffers an immense earthquake with an unknown epicenter or cause, though some suspect it to be related to the destruction of Lulusia, as the Mother Flame has left a gaping chasm in its place in which seawater rushes in. With the unprecedented earthquake comes tsunamis flooding beaches (such as in Kamabakka Queendom) and submerging entire islands, forcing its inhabitants to leave.
Meanwhile, Kizaru's fleet, much larger than a Buster Call fleet, approaches Egghead, and Kizaru destroys Sea Beast Weapons attacking the ships. Sentomaru begs Kizaru to cancel the attack, but Kizaru, while regretting the attack, admits he has no power in the situation and must follow the Five Elders' orders, though he also finds Vegapunk's study of the Void Century indefensible. Saturn orders Doberman to sink the ships with evacuating researchers from Egghead, fearing they knew Vegapunk's research, though he spares Jewelry Bonney, believing she was too weak to be a problem.
York contacts the Elders at Mary Geoise, confronting them about the Marines attacking Egghead. The Five Elders intend to kill York with the other satellites, but York changes their mind by promising them the power plant producing the Mother Flame. York offers them access to the power plant if they spare her, as well as make her a World Noble. However, York begs them to save her from the Straw Hats, as they have captured her. The Straw Hats prepare to set sail, using York to help them escape.

- Episode 1123 aired alongside an 80-minute special recapping the first half of the Egghead Arc. While the special remained untitled in Japanese, only referred to as the Special Edition of "ONE PIECE": Egghead Arc (特別編集版『ONE PIECE』エッグヘッド編, Tokubetsu Henshū-ban “Wan Pīsu” Egguheddo-hen?)[1] or the Egghead Arc Review (エッグヘッド編ふりかえり, Egguheddo-hen Furikaeri?),[2] it was titled Egghead Sosyuhen Special by Crunchyroll.
