"A Pledge to Ginny - Kuma Becomes a Father" is the 1132nd episode of the One Piece anime.
Short Summary[]
Two years after Ginny was kidnapped by a World Noble to be his wife, she returns to Sorbet Kingdom and contacts the Revolutionary Army to state her final words before passing away from a disease. Kuma decides to raise her daughter Bonney in his church, but years later, Bonney contracts the same symptoms. In an attempt to find a cure, Kuma leaves the Revolutionary Army, despite learning the disease, Sapphire Scales, is incurable. A year later, the former King Bekori launches an act of vengeance against Sorbet Kingdom.
