"Team Formation! Save Chopper" is the 542nd episode of the One Piece anime.
It is the second crossover with the Toriko anime. This episode acts as the second part of the special while Episode 51 of Toriko is the first part.

- After Luffy activates Gear 3 to defeat some Kung-Fu Mynah Birds, he changes into his chibi form. However, after the timeskip, Luffy no longer has this issue when using Gear 3. It was most likely an error on the part of the animators.
- The waterfall on To-Chuka Island resembles the one on Reverse Mountain.
- This episode, like Episode 492, was skipped on Funimation's simulcast. Both episodes were also skipped for Funimation's DVD releases, and not dubbed. Due to this, these episodes are not available on official streaming sites that only offer the English dub.
