The straw hats are with the dead dragon that Zoro killed and Luffy is trying to pull out the man who is stuck in the dragon's nose. Luffy then pulls him out and everyone thinks he killed the man but it turns out the legs of the man was alive and it ran away trying to look for a shichibukai. Luffy runs after him and gets stuck to the legs after the legs fell on top of him.The straw hats who got captured by the hazmat suit guys are in a prison cell and were shown to a gas figure known as master who is very intersted in Franky. They wake up minutes later finding themselves in the cell and try to figure out how to get out. They then see a man's head which was cut into pieces and put it together. The head was alive and it told them that his body got cut into pieces by a shichibukai and he feels shameful for not getting killed after getting sliced. Usopp sees a harpy girl on top of a burned down building and he yells for the guys to look at her but she was gone all of a sudden. They then approach a lake that separated the fire and ice part of punk hazard. Luffy befriended a centaur in which the centaur thought he was one of him. The people of punk hazard who work for the liquid gas man saw Luffy's group and told the harpy girl about them.

Short Summary
