Anime NotesEdit

  • The anime adds the following:
    • As the Picture Tanishi is set up in the Prisoner Mines, Queen searches for Komurasaki and Hyogoro explains about the Rasetsu Town prison to Luffy.
    • Yasuie placed on the wooden pole is shown.
    • After seeing Yasuie on the broadcast, Nami's group wonders why the Ebisu Town citizens were laughing. In the manga, it was only after Yasuie's death that they wondered why the citizens laughed.
    • Hyogoro explaining about Yasuie to Luffy.
    • Daikoku firing a shot at Yasuie.
    • Kin'emon wondering why Yasuie lied about being Ushimitsu Kozo.
    • When some of Orochi's guards try to stop the Ebisu Town citizens with their swords, Usopp and Robin help the citizens.
  • Kin'emon and Inuarashi see Yasuie on the broadcast before they find Ashura. In the manga, they saw Yasuie when they found Ashura.
  • During the flashback of Yasuie's conversation with Oden, the latter appears less shadowed than he was in the manga.
    • When Oden said that he wanted to set out to sea in the manga, Yasuie hit him on the head. In the anime, Yasuie kicks him instead. Also, Oden appears more amused from Yasuie hitting him than in the manga.
  • When Drake and Hawkins were informed of the Ebisu Town citizens entering the Flower Capital, they were seen outside standing near Yasuie's execution site in the manga. In the anime, they are inside a building instead.
