Eunkov is an amateur director, whose dream is to make their own movie. They appear in Chin Piece,[1] and are a counterpart to Emporio Ivankov.

Eunkov has an average build with the exception of their head, which resembles Emporio Ivankov's head. They have thick lips and a cleft chin, and exclusively wear a diaper and a baseball cap.
Personality[]
Eunkov has a very flamboyant personality, near-constantly being very excited. They are slightly irresponsible, expecting a large group of actors to work without guaranteeing them pay.
Abilities and Powers[]
Eunkov is a good filmmaker and scriptwriter, successfully writing a script that both Kusopp and Chinpy enjoyed.

Hearing Chinpy get excited over One Piece: Stampede's release, Eunkov asked if he wanted to star in his own movie. Chinpy and his crew accepted Eunkov's offer, and the group recorded a movie written by Eunkov.
