Fanto is a man with shoulder-length black hair. He wears light and dark brown pants and tunic with rope decorations and ornamental epaulettes. The ends of his sleeves are crimson red as well some of the ropes and parts of his epaulettes.
Fanto has eaten the Mabo Mabo no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him probe the memories of people he touches, and create illusions and auditory hallucinations based on them, making him a Phantom Human (幻影人間,Gen'ei Ningen?).[1]
