The Festival Pirates are a non-canon pirate crew captained by Buena Festa.[1]

History[]
Past[]
In the past, the Festival Pirates were a famous pirate crew specializing in forming parties involving merchants and Underworld dealings. After Gol D. Roger's execution, the crew's captain, Buena Festa, went into hiding, and was thought dead. He was eventually found by Douglas Bullet, and the two began planning the Pirates Festival.
One Piece: Stampede[]
Festa began the Pirates Festival on Delta Island, with Bullet planning to kill the pirates lured there and Festa planning to use Bullet's killing spree to start his own era. Festa contacted Marine Headquarters and called a Buster Call on the island as part of the plan to trap the pirates.
Eventually, Bullet was defeated by Monkey D. Luffy. Festa mourned the failure of his plans before being confronted and captured by Sabo.
