Iwatobi is the king of Whiteland Kingdom (ホワイトランド王国, Howaitorando Ōkoku?) in the North Blue[3] and one of fifty monarchs who took part in the Levely.[2]

Iwatobi is an short, elderly man. He has thick, bushy eyebrows and facial hair, plus a reddish bulbous nose. He appears to wear a parka.

Not much is known about Iwatobi's personality.
Abilities and Powers[]
Iwatobi is the king of a nation affiliated with the World Government and one of the few allowed to attend the Levely, which grants him some authority over matters concerning the world.[2]

Sometime before the Levely, Iwatobi was one of the monarchs who were seen gathering at Mary Geoise.[1]
Levely Arc[]
Iwatobi later attended the beginning meeting of the Levely. He was seated in-between chairman Ham Burger and Moqueca.[2]
Trivia[]
- His name is likely derived from the southern rockhopper penguin, known as iwatobi pengin (イワトビペンギン?) in Japanese. This fits his cold climate origin.
- "Whiteland Kingdom" may be a reference to Greenland, which—despite its name—is also an ice-covered island.
