Forliewbs[1] is an infamous New World pirate and captain. Sometime in the past he became a well known pirate in the New World and allied himself with Whitebeard.
Appearance
Forliewbs is a chubby man, with a large flat nose, and wears a hat with horns on it. He wears an ascot around his neck, and a light colored long sleeved shirt, and light colored pants.[1]
Personality
Not much is known about Forliewbs' personality other than that he is very loyal to Whitebeard since he was willing to risk his own life to save Ace from execution.

Forliewbs is a fearsome pirate who has managed to achieve an infamous reputation in the New World, and to make an alliance with Whitebeard.

Past
Some time prior to the current storyline, Forliewbs became a known pirate in the New World, and allied himself with Whitebeard.
Summit War Saga
Marineford Arc
When Portgas D. Ace was to be executed at Marineford, Forliewbs and his crew joined forces with the Whitebeard Pirates to save him.
Post War Arc
He, along with the rest of the crew attended the funeral of Whitebeard and Ace on a undisclosed location somewhere on the New World.

- As for Sleepy, Forliewbs is a Whitebeard Pirates' alliate revealed only in the One Piece Green: Secret Pieces and never appeared in the manga.
