If you think that a user deserves a ban for their actions, then you can nominate them for ban here by starting a new topic and pointing out the reasons for that and type of ban suggested (long/short). Then other users can vote for or against or neutral and provide their arguments in the topic. If you think someone deserves a longer/permanent ban, but their nomination is currently for a short-term suspension, start another nomination. If there are 2 for the same person, vote for the time you feel is better. Don't nominate someone without multiple reasons.

For: You are for this person being banned, and agree with the reasons stated and ban time
Neutral: You neither agree nor disagree.
Against: You feel this is not the right way to handle things, or that the nomination is not appropriate,or is groundless.
