The voice of all things is mysterious and still unspecified phenomenon in the world of One Piece. It was first mentioned by Silvers Rayleigh when he revealed that Gol D. Roger had the ability to hear it.[1]
About
It is still unknown what exactly the voice of all things is. It seems that very few humans have the ability to hear it, the only one confirmed to hear it being Gol D. Roger.
When being questioned about the Poneglyph by Nico Robin, Rayleigh stated that hearing the voice of all things enabled Roger to understand the meaning of the Poneglyphs as well as writing in the ancient language despite never having studied it. This indicates that the phenomenon is not limited to living creatures.
During Apis Secret and the Legendary Island Arc, Luffy was able to hear what Sennenryuu said.
