Francois is a waiter at Sanji's Pirates Restaurant 2015.[1]

Francois is a tan-skinned man with freckles and black hair that is combed to the left side. He also has a goatee and a mustache that curls and the ends. He wears a black-and-white striped shirt, a red beret, a red neckerchief, black slacks, a red apron, short red socks, and white shoes.
Personality[]
Francois is a light-hearted person, entertaining restaurant customers and bantering with his boss Sanji while the two prepared to serve food together. He is also either mischievous or absent-minded, calling Trafalgar Law the wrong name multiple times on different occasions before finally remembering it properly.[2]

Sanji's Pirates Restaurant 2015[]
Francois welcomed guests at Sanji's restaurant, going around to each table and posing for customers. He'd ask each to copy his pose, and once he was satisfied with the guests' poses, he would move on to the next table.
When Law arrived at the restaurant, Francois recognized him but misremembered his name a few times before Law corrected him. Francois then helped Sanji serve the customers.
Luffy found a stag beetle in the restaurant, and after showing it to Zoro, he put it on Francois' nose. Luffy pulled it off with great force.
Francois continued to tease Law but was soon dragged into the kitchen by the angered pirate. Law emerged alone, followed by Francois crawling on the ground after apparently being roughed up.
When Francois finally got Law's name right, the pirate was so annoyed that he ripped Francois' beret off his head and threw it on the ground.[2]
